Comment, comment, comment! Comment under fan/arts! Compliment the work! Just a little "love this!" Or "beautiful work" ! People tend to not comment at all anymore, not even in reblogs with #. It's sad!! I feel like fandoms changes a lot lately, it's less and less of a community because people take less the time to compliment each other's works. Interaction shouldn't be the reason to make art of course but it's damn gratifying and encouraging! Think about all the happy hormones you create in the artist's brain just with a little comment!

I try to do it as much as I can lately and it makes me happy as well!
