so theres a hc that i love but as much as i love it i cant agree with it. its that makoto and kotone are one and the same, and it's just makoto (i think) being genderfluid and presenting differently when he feels like it. grrr its so good bc i know that bc makoto's so apathetic abt everything that he wouldnt give a shit abt gender and would just rock up in a skirt and i love that part!

but its that bc the two mcs are so different personality wise that this just isnt feasable (not to mention the hair colours but we can suspend our disbelief for that). it would need a serious case of DID, which could theoretically work. (tangent: DID comes around when a kid experiences extreme trauma and doesnt know what to do with it, so they become multiple personalities. its Dissociative Identity Disorder so when theyre in another personality, called alters, the main one doesn't remember)

i personally subscribe to the siblings hc, which makes the one time i saw ship art for the protags worse, but thats beside the point.
