god i’ve wanted to talk about how i organize my books for so long aight first i organize them by height bc i like the ~ aesthetic ~ and then by authors surname in alphabetical order so that series are all together and that they’re easy to find and categorize. however, if i have series in different editions ex. some in paperback, some in hardback, ect. they get to sit on the bottom shelf wich i have dubbed the shame shelf. i have three seperate shelves where i put series that i collect edditions of (i have one shelf for the shadowhunter cronicles, one for hp and one for jane austen books) :)

if i’m keeping track of the time correctly i have been here for exactly two weeks now. it honestly feels more like two months.

i decided to plant some of the mushrooms so i wouldn’t have to look around the entire island to find them. i’ve never been much of a gardener but i’ll try and keep them alive.

i’m getting a bit better to catch fish but its still just as disgusting. i’ve also been thinking on making myself a little more permanent place to sleep. we’ll see how that goes i guess.
