In 2015 I founded DOLABORATE GmbH as a boutique innovation consultancy. We offer co-innovation project management, training and facilitation.

Since summer 2015 I am a member of the design:transfer expert team. We are working on positioning design research in the interdisciplinary context.

During my time with the SAP Design and Co-Innovation Center we worked on several user centered projects. One of them was especially nice: we worked for the Italian Railway company Ferrovie dello stato. My colleagues describe the approach in more detail on their website.

When working for the SAP Design and Co-Innovation Center I had the great joy to be a part of this very successful co-innovation project between SAP and Mercedes-AMG. As the colleagues have described it on their website it truely was “A Journey of Shared Expertise”.

Together with Andrea Augsten we wrote a paper in the renowned Design Journal about design education in the age of collaborative approaches such as design thinking and service design. in 2014 I was part of a master class @ the KaosPilots in Aarhus, Denmark. There I met Christina and Ander, the founders of IkasHub from Bilbao. They asked me, what design thinking was and I happily answered. Have a look here.

I have been an active member of the think tank 30 since 2011 and have changed my status to become an associated member in 2015. The think tank 30 is a multidisciplinary think tank connected to the German Club of Rome. Our work there concerns all different aspects of sustainability.

Winter term 2013/2014 I tought a course on innovation management together with Alessandro Sposato at the University of applied sciences HTW in Berlin.

We help the world mo better!

In 2013 we had a lot of fun in the design-co-innovation center of SAP participating in the worldwide mo-vement of movember.

This year we would like to take it to another level and invite more people to participate.

From 2010 until 2013 I had the joy to teach at the HPI D-School in Potsdam. Students there work with Design Thinking in order to come up with innovative concepts for complex problems.

During the summer term 2013 at Hochschule Anhalt in the department of design in Dessau I tought a course on science theory for design bachelor students. In addition to that I had the chance to hold a workshop on scenario planning with students from the international master.
