You dash into your room aggressively searching for your laptop, tearing your room apart. Capta1n_Narum1, (usually just captain/captain narumi),is going to start a stream in three minutes and you haven’t been late for a stream since you started watching him. You search for a solid five minutes, and once you find it, you plug it in and start his stream.
Just on time.
As you start up the stream you’re met with a sleep deprived muscular looking man with pinkish bangs and Magenta eyes. How unusual looking.
It’s not like it’s your first time seeing him, you’ve been watching his streams for months now, but you can’t help but be a little taken aback every time you see him. He’s quite attractive, way too attractive to be making gaming content but at least it’s good. Or as good as it could be for a grown man playing first person shooters and showing off his gundam action figures.
He’s going on some rant about how he’s going to go comicon next month in full mecha gear. What a nerd.
After his stream you post a couple clips on your fan account with some thirsty sounding captions. On top of that you post a couple of pictures of yourself in some of his merch. Out of the blue, you get a DM… from another fan account called “Lov3_captain_n7rumi”, how strange.
Lov3_captain_n7rumi: r u even a real fan? That drop came out a year ago…
You take a second to respond. Is there really some faceless page really trying to accuse you of being a fake fan? What do you even say?
Lov3_captain_n7rumi: u kno if u can’t afford his new stuff i wouldn’t mind paying for it.
What the hell? Now you’re really unsure of how to respond. Some random person is offering to buy clothes for you???

A couple days pass. Crickets, he never texted you again. Until 3ish in the morning, which is when you’re supposed to be asleep, but you’re not. You’re watching a past Narumi stream when you get a… call?
You stare at your phone for a second, seeing that the weird fan account person is calling you.
“What the hell?” You mumble under your breath. This is odd, and you know this. But you pick it up anyway. “Hello?” you answer.
“Hey… Uhhh, sorry for like not texting or whatever, I've been busy grinding siege. Uhh you still want that merch?” the man on the other line says. His voice sounds oddly familiar but you can’t quite put your finger on where you recognize it from.
“Yeah sure. I want ALLL of it though. Ima run your pockets dry.” you respond playfully.
“Yeah I don’t mind that. What size are you?”
“Uhh i’m [your size], thanks.”
“Alright cool, and um whats your name? Sorry I’m realizing I don’t even know your name.”
“I’m [name], and it’s even more suspicious that I don’t know YOUR name.”
“Yeah alright, I’m Gen, it’s a super common name.” He responds. And that's when it hits you, isn't the captain's first name Gen? They have pretty similar voices… Maybe it could be him.
“Like captain? That's funny.” you respond back.
“Yeah, isn't it. We uhh both share a passion for siege and gundam. Anyways, text me your address and I’ll have it sent to you or whatever. I gotta go, I'm about to play a ranked match. And also umm, if you’re down for it, wanna like hangout sometime or something? Wait sorry I gotta go” he hangs up just like that. He doesn’t even let you respond.
Maybe you’d say yes right? What do you even do? Should you call him back?
You decide to forget about that interaction and go on with your days as usual with a new addition: Text gen almost every day. It became a ritual. You would talk about shared interests, your days, etc until he went radio silent. He just stopped texting out of nowhere for days.
Two weeks go by without him texting; you try not to think about it much. You just do your regular activities, work, school, watch streams, and read fanfiction. Really all you have been doing until you check your door to see a package has arrived under your name. The merch. You put it on, take a picture, and send it to Gen.
You: It got here today! Thank you so much!!
Gen: the merch looks sooo good on you. Sorry for disappearing btw i’ve been doing stuff. Anyways that looks tuff asf. Finally someone actually serves the merch justice.
You: yeah dw it’s cool. Yk if you’re still down I'll take you up on the meet up offer from earlier.

Even when he's being as lazy as he possibly can, he still needs provide for you somehow.
It's not often Reno gets a day off. Between training and the defense force, Reno's got a pretty full schedule. So when he gets the chance, he wants to spend his time with you relaxing a bit. He's not the type to go full potato like Narumi, but he loves sitting in bed with you all day. Usually the two of you guys will still go out and eat or something, but he was feeling particularly lazy today, so here you are in bed binge watching some drama with him. He's holding your waist, rubbing circles into your hips while you guys both face the TV. There's a bag of popcorn to your side, and bottles of whatever beverage he felt like drinking that day.
"Sorry, we should've gone out to get food or something…" he whispers softly into your ear.
"No, nothing to be sorry about. I like this, it's chill, nice, easy. Don't even worry about it." you respond. "I just want to take it easy today, I know your job is hard. Here, lets order in some food." You pull out your phone and open whatever delivery website is available.
"No, here-- let me make you food. Least I could do." He gets up out of bed and heads to the kitchen. Even when he's being lazy he still goes out of his way to provide for you somehow.
Kafka
He indulges in every single impulse he has, food, candy, snacks, and blankets surround the two of you on his days off.
Between training and the defense force, he's needed a break for way too long now. Once he's finally gotten the chance to spend the day with you, he'd usually opt for something BIG, the beach, an amusement park, a concert, etc. However today, he'd decided that he needed to take things slow and easy. Which to him, means staying on the couch with you and doing NOTHING! He'll put on some sort of comedy movie, grab a bunch of snacks and candy, and cuddle you to death. He's holding you with your head on his chest while staring up back to the TV. His arms are sitting around his back, with one running gently through your hair. He whispers sweet phrases every now and then.
"I love you so much baby. I'm so happy I get to hold you like this." He says softly. He's not upset you aren't out, he just happy, and comfortable with you veging out on the couch with you all day long. You might even stay up late like this. "Wait, are you hungry?"
"Yeah a little, I can make dinner." You respond.
"Nahhh, let's order in. What do you want? Mexican, Chinese, Japanese?" He asks while shuffling around to find his phone. He pulls out his phone and opens up the app. He hands you his phone.
"Pick whatever you want, I'll pay!"
Hoshina
He's got absolutely no chill. You have to drag him from the training room before he even considers settling down with you and relaxing.
He's always training. You never see him not training, and when he isn't he's off at work keeping Japan safe or whatever. You just want to sit down with him and relax a little today. Today is his day off, which he rarely ever gets. But he's nowhere to be found. You just need to find him and sit him down, but where is he? In the training room of course. You stomp down to the training room to find him practicing new sword techniques in complete silence.
"Shoshiro, do you want to come back to mine later?" You ask, with a little frustration in your voice. Why isn't he taking a break, he's always busy.
"Yeah sure, just give me a couple more hours, I'll be out soon!" He says with his trademark smile.
"HOURS!?!? When was the last time I've even seen my boyfriend!? Turn of vice captain Hoshina and turn on boyfriend Shoshiro!" You playfully yell back at him. "You're coming with me NOWWWWW and I won't take no for an answer." You say grabbing his wrist literally dragging him along with you.
You end up back at your house. You're cuddling on the couch, your dinner on the coffee table, his arms around you giving you the occasional kiss. You're watching some sort of TV show that Shoshiro let you choose. The scene isn't particularly messy, he doesn't have the willpower to get as messy as Narumi. He leans into your ear.
"I'm happy you dragged me out, I love you." he whispers gently.
"I love you too, Shoshiro."
Narumi
It's Narumi, the king of laziness, captain comatose; the whole room is the messiest thing on the planet, you guys just play games the whole day.
You and Gen sit upright, your head resting on his shoulder. He's slumped over a bag of chips, with candy, trading cards, and even more chips surrounding you guys. You guy's are playing some sort of two player fighting game; he's aggressively key mashing as you beat him in the game.
"NOOOOOOOO! YOU'RE CHEATING SOMEHOW! YOU'RE COPYING THE BOWL CUT LOSER OR SOMETHING!!!" He screams out. He playfully pushed you over. You scream out and hit him back in response. The game ends while you guys begin to play fight. "You wanna start a new game? I've got smash bros or something?" He asks
"Yeah okay sounds good, you're gonna loose to me AGAIN!" you playfully say back to him.
"Yeah you're gonna be the only loser here! I will win, and then you're gonna have to stop copying whatever bowl cut does." he responds nudging your arm.
"wait can we eat first? Like order in?" You ask.
"Ugggh sure. I've got cup of noodles though if you want that instead."
"Sure, I don't see why not." You don't. But also you don't really feel like going outside, and neither does he so it works out. You get up to heat up the water, and disappear for a bit making the noodles. After a couple minutes pass you return with the noodles handing him one.
"here you go, be careful, it's hot."
"So are you." he responds teasingly.
"Okay bud, pack it up." You say back to him. You love that man to death, you just wouldn't admit it.

He's also a sweetie. He knows what going on and stuff but he's still worried for you.
I think he'd make you do those weird period exorcises that are supposed to help with cramps.
I think that since he trains so much he'd have a heating pad ON DECK, so he's constantly supplying you with them.
I fully don't think he'd watch his words around you period because he wouldn't say anything that would offend you in the first place. Also cuddles you like crazy.
Narumi
Get tf away from him, kidding he don't gaf that much. He kills giant monsters for a living why tf would he care.
Doesn't change the way he talks to you AT ALL this man pisses you tf off the entire fucking timmmeeee. Like zero fucks given will call you a loser and shi just for funzies.
He does get you all shi you need and also has heating pads on deck. Probably orders it in rather than actually goes out and gets it himself.

Oh she gets it. She's probably one of the best people to be around on your period but god forbid you guys start syncing.

Yes he's a germaphobe but I don't think he'd be as extreme with it as lot of people make him seem.
He's definitely not much of a hugger but none the less he'd still show his love through acts of service and quality time. and maybe gift giving.
I can see him getting you something more practical but like giving it to you because it made him think of you. Like a vegetable chopper or hand sanitizer that's scented with your favorite scents.
When he is in the mood for physical touch he's very gentle with you since he's really large. He'll softly hug you from the back or straight up carry you sometimes.
He also teases you a bit but he's also a pretty serious dude so it is pretty rare that he teases you.
If you're sick get the fuck away from him. JK he'll take care of you but don't expect him to cuddle you or anything, but hell make you soup and bring you medicine.
He loves playing games with you too, I can see him playing card games, board games, video, etc with you to help him calm down a bit.
the racism against indians is just overwhelming and insane. its everywhere. people go out of their way to talk about how indian immigrants are 'the worst kind of immigrants' when its people working their ass off to get a medical degree while working underpaid jobs in delivery just to get a better life.
people are literally chomping at the bit to say indians are the reason their wages are falling and their life is getting worse because indians are ready to work for less money or some shit. it's actually very disturbing

You’re anxiously pacing around your room in circles, talking, muttering under your breath. You can’t help but let your mind wander.
What do you even do after this? The guy whom you previously thought hated you, just kissed you, really really nicely. What. The. Fuck
You don’t even want to know what he’s thinking right now. Maybe he’s also panicking. Or maybe he’s thinking about how bad of a kisser you are. Or maybe he’s telling Francios about how you fumbled. Or maybe he—
“Hey, get out of your head. I’m 10 billion percent sure you’re gonna be fine.” Senku says, attempting a comforting tone(though failing). Wait, how'd he even get in here?
“Why is everyone coming into my room unannounced!?!?” you playfully scream out.
“I designed this place, I may as well be allowed to come in whenever I want. Anyways… Ryusui told me what’s up, and normally I wouldn’t meddle in other people’s business but–”
“You think I’m awesome and you love me and think I deserve love?” You interject hastily.
“You know I wasn’t going to say that. No… But, if you guys are on odd ends the entire time you’re here, you will jeopardize the mission. And I honestly don't want to deal with that. It’s really annoying.” Senku says back to you.

“Well what do you suggest I do?” you question. Really, what is there for you to do? You’re kind of stuck right? Sacrifice your morals or date a dude who you didn’t like less than a month ago.
“Go on a date. Get to know him more. You've spent the last couple weeks arguing with the guy, that’s not particularly logical… Doesn’t mean you have to start dating him but, at least try to get to know him. The world is run on science, and science is run on community, which is also run by science, it’s a bit of a catch 22." Senku says. “So, you’re gonna solve it with science!”
“How. Literally how. What are you going to whip up some poison and tell me its a love potion or something?”
“No of course not! That’d be illogical, nah instead we’re gonna work on the science behind attraction, aka psychology. We’re gonna need our super op mentalist Gen, who has been eavesdropping this whole time.” Senku says playfully. Gen pops out around the door.
“So, tell me, do you like Ryusui?” Gen asks.
“I mean, yeah sure but, like he’s just soooo pretentious. I mean all he ever talks about is how much he wants things.”
“Yeah, but well, he’s not particularly pretentious my friend. He doesn’t put himself above you or anyone else for that matter. Even he can admit the system is flawed. Ryusui isn’t some sorcerer, he’s a flawed human being like everyone else. He’s just an eccentric guy with too much money.” Gen is right, right?
“Okay… I’ll do it, but if I hadn't agreed what was plan b?” You inquire.
“We were gonna force you in a room together and lock you in there until you actually squash the beef or make out. Since you guys already kissed we figured this was easier” Senku answers.
Fuck. Glad that didn't happen aren't you.
The next day, you follow your usual routine, except for one thing, you stop by Ryusui’s house. God dammit.
Knock knock
Ryusui answers the door but doesn’t say anything. Unusual.
“Hey… So, I know that we have our differences, but the other night had me thinking, and I was wondering if you want to go out with… me?” you ask. Shit you just asked him out.
He stares at you for a second deep in thought. Wait fuck why is he staring what if he thinks you're weird!?
“Of course! I was waiting for you to ask! And now I have evidence that you desire me just as much as I desire you!” He responds ecstatically. Wait, did he say that he wants you?
“Okay shut up! Where do you want to go?” you question.
“How about… a play! There's a play happening in the middle of the kingdom of science.” he says enthusiastically
“Oh right, okay sure…”
A couple hours later after the play you end up back at his house. He sits there in silence staring at you. You guys haven't exchanged many words since the play anyway. So this may as well be the rest of the date.
"what'd you think of the play?" he asks, breaking the silence.
"I thought it was good! I appreciate a play that can balance character development with plot development without it escalating too quickly!" you say enthusiastically.
"Yeah me too! Hey at least there's something we can agree on!" Ryusui responds jokingly. But maybe it wasn't a joke. Maybe there could be more things you could agree on. It's no secret that you want him at this point, it's no secret that he wants you at this point. Maybe you should pull him in a kiss like last time but in reverse. So you do. You slowly pull him closer towards you by the back of his neck, inching closer and closer until your lips meet. And instead of stopping and rethinking everything, you lean into him more.
"I really like you, y'know. I'm sorry for what happened in the past, but I want to make a better future with you." you whisper into his ear softly.
"I really like you too, will you be my partner. I want---need you by my side, my love." Ryusui whispers back into your ear.
