Codex Seraphinianus, 1976-1978
‘The Codex Seraphinianus is a book written and illustrated by Italian artist, architect and industrial designer Luigi Serafini, from 1976 to 1978. The book appears to be a visual encyclopedia of an unknown world, written in one of its languages, an alphabetic writing intended to be meaningless.’

Modesty Blaise | 1966
The film story sees former crime boss Modesty Blaise (played by Italian actress Monica Vitti) being recruited by a branch of British Intelligence to help prevent a diamond theft, which leads to Blaise getting into conflict with Gabriel (Dirk Bogarde), the head of the diamond theft ring who maintains a compound in the Mediterranean where his right-hand woman, the Amazonian Mrs. Fothergill, alleviates her boredom by killing people. - Via

New Jersey Modernism
Prominent mid-century modern architect Jules Gregory designed this home for himself in 1960. It was named one of the top 10 homes in the country by Architectural Record. The eco-friendly home is made from organic materials, and its most special features were locally sourced–from the imagination of New Hope’s George Nakashima. In 2012, it went on the market for $1.25 million but currently the current owner is asking for $$999,000. The property is located at Goat Hill Road in the riverside town of Lambertville, NJ. - Via
