He was… confused, at best, and alarmed at worst. The idea of there being multiple universes wasn’t unfamiliar to Trunks, but he couldn’t recall intersection between any of them being truly allowed. Even if it was, there was no truly easy way to travel between two of them short of a God being involved.
And this woman was speaking as if she was just able to… cross the border between two of them with a snap of her fingers.
“… how. How can you cross into other universes with the help of a God?”
“With the power of mortal ingenuity, to keep the explanation as short as possible.”
Indeed, her vessel for having gotten here was a few miles away from here, but it was made and crafted by the hands of her loyal subjects - one of the simpler means by which they plan to defeat the gods.
But a huff left her, this was starting to drag on. It truly seemed that she had no intention of explaining anything further.
“Now answer me, does my offer sound acceptable? The one where I may employ your mother for a short period and have you accompany her so you may see for your own eyes that she will be kept safe?”
