And I think it's worse this time of year. So you didn't take little Johnny to Disneyland every day this year. He's happy, he's healthy, he ate less weird things out of the couch than he did at the table. He's fine. He's good. You did good. - So celebrate the fact that we have another year. Being a parent is a crazy job. Some moments are magical. They warm your heart in ways you never thought possible. Other moments are downright horrific. They show you your true weaknesses and they push you beyond your normal limits. You end up seeing the best and the worst of yourself - sometimes in the same day. 🐒 So if you're a parent and today is wonderful and lovely and full of hope and grace and magic - CHEERS! You got this momma/daddy. 🐒 And if it's not, just remember that tomorrow will probably be better. Hell, the next hour may turn everything around. So in the meantime, take deep breaths.
