New WoD PC jusr dropped. My friends and I are playing a mini Hunter: The Reckoning campaign that we're calling The Neighborhood Watch. The whole concept is a group of fresh hunters forming a cell to fight off whatever supernatural beings lurk in their small-town neighborhood.
My contribution: a 51-y.o. eclectic college professor who is hated by the HOA for her luscious garden that takes up both her front and back yards (which looks "ugly" and "unkempt" to the moms on the HOA, hard eyeroll). Maeve Greene is also a practicing herb//garden witch!! If you've read "A House With Good Bones" by T. Kingfisher, I took a lot of inspo from Gail, haha. She's of the Inquisitive Creed with a drive in curiosity. I'm excited to play around with the manifestation of endowments with her (I've taken up the Sense the Unnatural edge with the Hands-free perk!!). It's also fun to put more of my advantage dots into backgrounds (which I don't typically do, eek...) and to have her being rather well equipped.
I'm very excited to play her!! She's a very observant, nimble woman with a strong sense of humor and hunger for knowledge. While her methods might be... questionable, she's all about the process (with a hope for good results).
Once we get the full party dynamic down, I'll probably post a drawing of her and the rest of her cell together, lol.
