Mako supporting Korra
Which means Korra gets her chat with her husband, with my help. She really wanted to talk about their favorite colors, for some reason. Mako responds by asking to watch the stars sunrise with her, which she agrees to, of course. After an hour or two of skywatching, Mako leaves Korra to tuck Emi into bed. She just can’t keep ahold of him tonight. But he comes right back to make it right…

Jinora’s close with her dad, though, and they’re happy. Also it looks like Pema is a little familiar with Kai? So whatever. It’ll be good. :)
Tat complete! (Why you laughing boi??) I decided to give her a modified version of her armband for her tattoo. Because of the small definition and canvas space her bicep offers, some of the details fuzz out. So here’s a clean image of what her tattoo is:
Basically it’s got the addition of celestial symbols to correspond with her family–moon for her water tribe heritage, sun for her husband’s partial fire nation blood, and stars for the kiddies.
Now her sleeveless looks will have much more purpose! :) She thanks mister tattoo man for doing a good job.
A Fairly Big Thing Has Happened
Kai and Jinora went ahead and got married. Therefore, they will be next in the “other house” rotation, so we can have a belated wedding party!
While Korra’s making the arrangements, she’s notified that the kids need permission to go another field trip to the Police Department which is an obvious yes. ‘Cause I mean… “friendly reminder” that even though their cop dad does not have the “family oriented” trait, they’ve pretty got him wrapped around ALL of their fingers:
