i know this is a real pee wee herman ass opinion but i wish skipping were socially acceptable. it's lower effort than running and if you're reasonably skilled you can get a fairly fast skip going
Ready Or Not
Even if your public library is closed, you can download books, audiobooks, and even apps to stream free movies and music through the library’s website. All you need is a library card number. They might also have links for kids like games, languages learning apps, etc. It’s worth investigating if you’re totally over social media.
I’m not sure about other smart TV thingies, but if you have a Roku there are two free library streaming apps that we use: Hoopla and Kanopy. They have tons of movies and shows, courses for learning pretty much any subject, kids books read aloud to simple animation, etc. It’s all tied to your library card. They are both available to download on phones and tablets, too!
(Note: I’m not sure about their availability outside the US)
both Hoopla and Kanopy offer streaming access thru the local library system (or University), depending on where you live and whether your public library system offers it.
Where I am, access to Kanopy is the one available, can’t use Hoopla - elsewhere the opposite is true. Both are excellent FREE streaming platforms.

25 more movies (and one miniseries) you can watch on youtube
I posted 11 movies that are on youtube yesterday (Part 1) but since things are really starting to get shut down here’s more worthwhile movies and a miniseries you can watch for free on youtube right now

Democratic centrists rallying together to defeat Bernie Sanders and take on Donald Trump is a really good plan that worked out really good last time.
i live with and am, for reasons i would not like to discuss (they arent interesting, just long winded and embarrassing), dependent on my parents at the moment. i am just really really scared basically from the moment i get up to the moment i go to bed
got really angry at some happy teenage girls when i was off at target getting supplies. they were so carefree just discussing some cheap tank tops with each other. how the hell is anyone feeling anything but existential dread and fear
joe biden is like the emperor has no clothes but if every time someone pointed out the emperor has no clothes someone who works for nyt or msnbc said “um, he is totally wearing clothes? and even if he wasnt some people are allergic to a lot of fibers so thats ableist but yall aint ready for that conversation”
On the eve of several primaries, Joe tells voters that even if “Medicare for All” totally passed the House and Senate and had the support of the American people HE STILL WOULDN’T SUPPORT IT
because he’s a fucking ghoul who puts corporate interests before the wants and needs of the people.

my feeling on the coronavirus is they let around 68000 die from not receiving medical care every year, whats a few thousand more particularly if theyre from groups no one gave a shit about anyway
its like the 60s but you skipped past the part where you thought it was gonna be better right to the dream is over
