Well. He isn't surprised. But to have his hard work called something as insulting as "adolescent gang" is a laughable offense. He has to wonder if 'Kanra' is talking about something different-- these adolescent gangs could be taken advantage of. Remaining home, where he's out of sight and out of mind, he takes refuge in learning about the outside world's current affairs through his subordinate as well as the Internet.
