new update on the wilson case- i guess its all over now. the two teenagers have been seen free from jail. from what i know, nicholas has only been recently integrated back into town after his "recovery". i dont know why theyre letting him stay with his father whos clearly so unfit to take care of him. even if nicholas was innocent, he's definitely in some sort of fucked up mental state, i would think they'd have him locked up in a madhouse for a few months at the least. that's where i'd put him if i could have my say. theres clearly something wrong with that kid.

What do you know about the rabbit rangers? I keep finding old black and white photos in my great aunt's closet (she left me her home after she passed, God rest her soul) of women in varying ages in various outfits wearing rabbit masks over their faces. I can't find anything on the internet, but you seem to dedicate yourself to finding answers to untold stories on the occasion. My son is very inquisitive, so I figure this will give us something to talk about if you can help! I'm going to ask the librarian if she knows about them, too, just for good measure. I haven't been in town long, but the people say she is very knowledgeable!

to me, this sounds like some freaky prank shit just trying to scare people off. or this is interaction bait. idk if you know about my blogs history, but ever since the double river thing (why the hell is it ALWAYS that damn case. this is why i wasnt posting about it), so many people right now have just been sending me their own little fake stories to try to get people talking about them. im trying to be cautious about what im posting lately so i dont give them any more attention. if you're genuine about this, you should talk to the librarian, since shes got info on these types of historical things. ive never heard of these guys before, but if you get any good research please let me know cause im a little bit curious.

EDIT: i very vaguely remember hearing about people finding pictures of people in animal masks at that lodge at the edge of town. i thought it was a copypasta or something at the time but who knows. thats the only thing i can think of for this, but its very specific so maybe thats too much overlap to be a coincidence?

halloween is near... any cases that happened around this time of year?

slasher of 1973. biggest halloween case i ever heard of, some shit straight out of a horror movie- middle aged guy in a scary costume, six foot five, out trick or treating though no kids were with him. weapons looking just a little too real. the guy was completely off his rocker, killed six people in a night and left them all out on the lawn for decoration. obviously they caught him quick, since he hadn't even tried to cover his tracks, but it scared everybody good nonetheless. don't worry though, he's locked up now. though im not sure if i remember how long for.
