ⓘ⠀about⠀my⠀regression⠀.ᐟ

prior to being a flip, i was a caregiver for about 7 years. i didn’t know that

there was something called flip. all i knew was someone is either a caregiver

or a regressor. i started regressing around late 2O22, early 2O23. i’ve been in

countless really bad dynamic multiple times to the point where two of them

really affected my mental health. with that being said, i am a flip with tiny lean

and i have a mama and a dada. my mama thinks of me as her real daughter

and to me, that is very healing! my dada is my world, my love, my protector,

and my everything! i love both of my caregivers very much.

i regress to cope with stress and a somewhat rough childhood trauma,

amongst other things. i am diagnosed with borderline personality disorder,

generalised anxiety disorder, major depression disorder, depersonalisation—

derealization, and chronic pain. being a regressor is how i cope, especially

when it gets rough. there’s only so much my brain can handle 🎀
