OPEN LETTER TO TELUGU BIG HEROES
Star Heroes made by Telugu People and Telugu cast , they always keep same in mind and give their best to fans and trying to presence themselves as fans expected.

But molding Heroes as per fans is not good for better movies and growth of any Hero career, it should not be like when crowd shouting from outside to hit batsman Six then batsman try for six, in this process he may get out also.
Kindly remember one thing you made fan bank because of your genuine acting and clean story selection, fans added you when you proved with few good movies but I don’t know why heroes will change with fan club and changing natural acting.
Why I am stressing this comparison, what star hero do generally – he will listen story or he will ask his team to prepare script by keeping fans in mind where as what he do initial days he always try for good script because he don’t have much expectations to keep fans in mind, when he get 2 to 3 hits then fans will come and same cast people also will come and join then Hero mind set changing from Good script or story to prepare script by keeping fans in mind, there they do first wrong step.
Second wrong step – since they are keeping fans in mind they will listen many stories though he get few good scripts but he will not accept as fans expectations there in mind then finally he will accept one script where the narrator may impress that hero and that movie will be either average or disaster.

Third Step - delivering one movie in every 2 years also giving more pressure for any star hero, because he will spend 2 years for that movie and after 2 years that movie will be releasing if the movie hit then Hero will take breath like my efforts are valuable if the movie will be average or flop then he will get pressure as he spent 2 years for movie and again for new movie release it takes a year or 2 years, just think once his condition. There is simple equation what all hero loss if the 2 years efforts movie will get flop – he will loss time of 2 years which is 3% of your 60 years, apart from that you will get stress as you spent almost 2 years for movie which is flop , again time will be losing , tensions and public gossips etc.
To avoid all these tensions, work on more movie release basis and don’t think too much on fans expectations, so that you will have more movie releases in less time and this will help you to get decent hit one or the other, it keeps stable stardom from fans as well and making more movies Film Industry labor will have better life, we request all of you to concentrate on More release movies.
It is really good sign if any Hero think about Producer as every paisa will be coming from his pocket and every one think that amount will come back if movie hit but think in negative way if flops – he will not gain anything as present movie business is very danger to invest as publicity is going very fast if flop or hit.
