"My labubu," spoken as though it were obvious. "Actually, it's my... dog's. I just carry it in my purse because I'm a very considerate owner."
Right, yeah, Lola thinks. That lands.
"Thanks, kind Sir." An overdramatic bow follows. "However could I repay you?"
"You're..." He's halfway through waving off her gesture and smoothing over the interaction with a curt but polite 'no thanks needed' before pushing forward with his less than pleasant evening, but it suddenly occurs to him he'd never actually seen anyone with one of these tiny things.
Shocking, he knows, considering his interactions are mostly limited to the workplace, and the amount of cartel members just waving labubu's around.
"...Huh." He tilts his head, staring at the small, fuzzy toy like an alien object. "Are they supposed to lookevil like this?"

The rigidness of his posture did not waver even within such a casual scenario; his spine stood upright, limbs stiff as his neck tilted, fingers curled within his palm, elbow perched upon the counter, and dark eyes focused on the glass within his grasp, watching the yellow swirl of his drink swish from side to side while he contemplated drinking (but never actually took a sip).
A soft clink demands his attention, the quietude of the atmosphere making it stand out when it would otherwise be drowned by chatter; his head whips back, peeking over the slender bump of his shoulder to search for what could've made such a sound, finding the guilty object by his feet.
"Hey," he calls out, bending down to grab it—he inspects it briefly before extending his hand. "You dropped your, um..." What even was that? Should he even ask? "...Thing."
