Human who gets knocked up my a centaur. They didn't even think it was possible but now they're basically growing a foal in their womb. Early on they hoped that being only half centaur the baby would be more human shaped but they quickly lose that hope as their belly grows at an alarming rate and they start to feel powerful kicks and see the outline of hooves pressing out from inside their stomach.

They find out to their horror that centaur pregnancies typically last 11 months and the head and torso of newborns tend to be around the size of human toddlers. By six months they look full term and they're starting to panic. There's no way they're going to be able to give birth to this thing! By nine months they can barely stand. Their huge belly hangs off their frame grotesquely. The baby's powerful kicks threaten to throw them completely off balance.

They go into labor at ten and a half months. At that point they can't stand and can barely sit up, trapped under their huge belly. The labor takes days, their body struggling to stretch open far enough for the giant baby. They can do nothing but cry and writhe through each contraction, unable to even roll over to try to ease the pressure. Finally they feel the undeniable urge to push. Several pushes yield no result, then finally they feel their opening begin to stretch around something hard. It burns and feels, wrong somehow. It doesn't feel like a head. Another agonizing push and they realize what it is. Hooves, of course the baby is coming feet first, like a horse. The hooves stretch them open unevenly, catching on their canal as they slide free. Another push and they suddenly feel something massive press against their hole. The head, It's coming at the same time as the legs. They push desperately and feel it begin to stretch their already filled opening. The head it huge and would be a struggle even if it wasn't trying to push through at the same time as the legs.

After and hour of agonizing pushing only a small bit of it is visible. They're so tired. Their hole burns already stretched taught before the head's even begun to crown. They lose track of time pushing until finally, with a desperate heave they bring the head to full crown. They shriek as their hole is stretched ridiculously far. They quiver and pant, lost in the horrible burning pain but too tired to push it farther. Finally with another shove the head pops free. They barely get any respite from the stretch though. The baby's shoulders bulge against their hole along with the knees of their horse legs. Together they're almost as wide as the head. They cry with exhaustion as they push them out only to be met with the real widest part of the baby, the junction between their human and horse body. It's essentially a second pair of shoulders, much wider then the first. They sob as it presses against their hole. They're so tired. It takes nearly another hour for them to reach to widest point and they stall there, quivering in pain, moaning through contractions as their body tries to get this thing out. They summon every remaining ounce of their strength and push, screaming as the shoulders finally burst out of them. One more weak push and the rest of the body slides out. They slump, exhausted and stare in disbelief at the thing that just came out of them.

The human half looks like a one year old. Already they're lifting their head in way that seems completely wrong for a newborn. The horse half is smaller than an average newborn foal but not by that much. They cant believe that thing came out of them.

The contraction was a force that could not be bargained with, so much pressure distilled into such a small space that suddenly nothing was left within him but a blind, instinctive need to push. He reared back to grab the counter lip with his other hand, dropped his chin to his chest, and finally, finally did what his body had been screaming at him to do: he pushed.
