Art block will definitely pass, don't worry. If I may give some advice, I’d say that changing your routine is the best thing you can do to let your brain rest (in my case i play recorder lol also creative like doing art but completely different). It’s just your hands trying to keep up with your growing vision. Just give yourself some time to bridge that gap. Good luck!!! ❤️
