“Yeah, I have no clue from who I must have inherited that.” Eden rolled her eyes. “Then why do you call me? Why not Jayce or someone else? I mean, I’d love to help, but..” She shrugged her shoulders.

Besides, your first on my speed dial.” He said and walks over to the boxes. “Want to help your old man or not? Because I can just break a hip or my back or something.” He teased.

“Wait.. what?! You two got divorced? Oh my god, Matty. I’m so sorry. I had- I had no idea.” She frowned, setting her beer down. “God, and look at me- complaining over nothing. I’m so inconsiderate. I apologize, Matt. How long has it been?”

“Hey, no. H, it’s okay! I swear, it’s fine. It was torture telling the kids but..-” He froze as he darted his eyes to the beer. “-I think they all came out okay on the other side.” He said. “It’s my fault. I didn’t get around to telling everyone. I don’t think spreading the word so quickly would have been the best thing either.” He said. “It’s been a good few months. So in all honesty, I haven’t a clue of where Lexi even is. Stefan probably has a better idea than I do.”

She chuckled, nodding. “I’ve been good. Busy with the travels obviously but besides the crazy that is mystic falls…i’m glad to be home. I missed everyone and I missed my children.” She admitted. “I should have came home sooner, you know? but what can I do- i’m here now and if Tyler wants to continue on his quest…that’s on him.” Looking around Matt’s house, she couldn’t help but feel like something was off. “Matty, where’s Lexi?”

“I get you there. I don’t think I could be away that long without missing anyone. The children especially.” He grins as he listens. Taking small sips from his beer as she spoke. “I’m sure Ty will be back before you know it, H.” He said and froze as she mentioned Lexi. “We...She’s out of town. Travelling or something.” The blonde male says hesistantly. “H, we got divorced..”

“I didn’t mean to..” Jay muttered, looking down at himself. Blood stained his skin and clothes. “He just smelled so good. It was an accident.” He mumbled, it’d been a while since he actually killed someone. The vampire had been doing so well only to mess that up.

When Matt saw the blood present on his sons shirt, he couldn’t have been more worried. And shocked at that. He couldn’t deny that he was dissapointed at him. “I know kid, I know. We all slip up sometime.” He frowns. “Jay, come on. Let’s get you cleaned up?” He ushes his son to follow him. It was the first time he’d seen his son in a while. He wasn’t especting this as an excuse for them to talk.

“For starters, your best friend is a class- A asshole.” She mumbled, walking into his house with the 12 pack of beer in her hand. “Yes, I knew that when I married him but the fact that he didn’t come back home with me makes him a bigger jerk than I originally thought.” She huffed, sitting on his couch and popping the cap off one of the bottles. “Hi, by the way. I brought beer.”

Matt grins softly hearing his best friend’s wife's familiar voice. “Ad also his defence, he was an asshole long before you married him.” He said and moves his mouth into a O shape as he cooes at the sight of the beers. “One of the many reasons I love you, H-Bomb!” He smirks as he makes his way to grab himself a bottle. “So long time no see, huh? How’ve you been?”

Matt rolled his eyes at Kol’s comment on his eyes. Everyone used that for or against him. He stopped in silence. They both were for a while. “Yeah, and so what? My friends may be vampires but there is a fine like between being a vampire and being the crazed Original who kills for fun.” He said aggressively. “You’re now threatening me?”

 If you have a nickname, what is it and where did you get it? Matty Blue- From @petrovaf-re , Quaterback/Donovan from @damonsalvuhtore

Describe what you look like: height, weight, body type, hair, eyes, skin, apparent age, distinguishing features, tattoos, scars.  I haven’t measure my height or weight in a while, but I haven’t grown my in years so I’d say I’m about 5′11 or 6ft. I’m known for my blue eyes. I’d say I’ had good skin, even though I had spots like every other teen. I’m a blonde

In your opinion, what is your best feature? I would say my sense of humour. 

How was your relationship with your parents like when you were young? How is your current relationship with them? Never had a extremely close relationship with either parents. More close to my mom. My dad was never really around to grow a relationship with.

What is your relationship with your siblings like? Have you done things to each other that is hard to forgive? Write your thoughts on each one. I used to be really close with my sister, Vicki. That’s a big reason I named my daughter after her.

Relationships

When and with whom was your first kiss? Where did it happen? What was it like? My first kiss was long, long time ago with Elena Gilbert. IT wasn’t bad. It was under this oak tree near this park we used to go too.

Have you ever been in love? How do you fall in and out of love? (Easily? Devotedly? Rarely?) I fall in love easy but I said a while back, you can’t help who you fall in love with.

Do you have a spouse, partner, or significant other right now? If yes, describe this person. If no, are you looking? Why or why not? Currently divorced but I’ve recently been attempting to get back in the game. 

Who was the last person you loved and why did it not work out? Lexi. didn’t work out due to opposing views of what’s best for our kids and lack of communication.

What is more important to you: sex or intimacy? Why? Intimacy. If you don’t have the intimacy, why would you have sex?

How important is the institution of marriage to you? Very important but there has to be an mutual understand in order for it to work.

Which person do you consider to be your best friend? How do you feel about them? Tyler Lockwood. He’s been my friend since day one where I gave him my toy track and he gave me his toy spaceshipin pre-school.He’s more like a brother to me. Like siblings, we have each others backs but have our ups and downs.

Who is someone you’ve always admired from afar and would like to get to know more? @damonsalvuhtore We don’t always see eye to eye but I would to get know him better. I mean, for Elena’s sake anymore.
