Hey guys, I am so sorry that I haven't been updating. I was doing a summer program in my college that's 8 hours away from home and I haven't had access to a gym or had the time to use a computer. I got back recently and for my first day back, legs was on the menu.
100 rep back squats in 20 minutes (135 lbs)
-this is where the weights started going down-
Machine Leg Curls 3x12 (65 lbs)
Stiff legged deadlift 3x8 (95 lbs)
Jumping Lunges 2 minutes straight
Knee-high-step-ups (30 reps)
Day 3 back from two weeks off. Warming up with 315 raw deadlift. Training for Tough Mudder 2014!
