Welp. Tiktok is gone. I'm hopping over here to let you know what I've been up to since the last time I was around these parts. I've started doing art! It's called Scribble2Doodle, where I take actual scribbles and can make them into hilarious doodles. What's so fun about doing these is that they can literally be ANYTHING! Whatever I initially see, I draw.

BEETLEJUICE BEETLEJUICE 2024
The juice is loose, and it made a splash! So I saw this movie a week after it released, and I'm very thankful for the fact it wasn't spoiled... But now it's been a week - this is officially your SPOILER WARNING. Go to the end if you just want to see my rating and no spoilers. 👋
Obviously, the original Beetlejuice is a classic. I always loved the original. It took a few decades to make this sequel, and it had big shoes to fill. What I will say is that they got the shoes on, but those shoes were pretty scuffed up. I will get into what I mean by that. They got the original cast back for this. They got Michael Keation. They got Catherine O'Hara (KEVIN!). They got back Winona Ryder... Fantastic! I'm happy to see them all back! Who wasn't there? Why Daddy Deetz! Jeffrey Jones was obviously not asked to film for this sequel... Don't know why? 😕 Google what happened, and it's a shame he would do that. What's also a shame? Is that they used photos of him (QUITE A BIT) and likeness to callback to the character. This ended up making me uncomfortable. I understand they want to keep continuity, but we all know you had to pay him to use his likeness... We've learned from Crispin Glover in Back to the Future... Hollywood is always keen on recasting. Should have done that to keep the story going. But I digress. So besides bringing back old characters, we also got some new ones! We got Lydia Deetz' defiant daughter Astrid, played by Jenna Ortega, Lydia's awkward self-absorbed fiance Rory, played by Justin Theroux, we got a murderous love interest for Astrid played by Arthur Conti, we got a murderous love interest for Beetlejuice played by Monica Belluci, we got.... jeez this a lot... we got Willem Dafoe, Danny Devito, and shrunken head BOB. That seemed a lot to you, too? Yeah, it was a lot to take in for us as well. I'm usually fair, but I would have completed cut out Monica Belluci because her character did nothing to add to the story. Danny Devitos cameo could have been quick and fun.
Besides that, it was a fun story, not a complete story, but I enjoyed the movie and soundtrack! Go for Keaton! Worth the watch!

DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE 2024
THIS. I saw this last night, and fear not I will not be spoiling anything for you! BUT to all that has spoiled it, you deserve to stub your toe, ya bitch. 😆 This movie checked every single box that it needed to. This movie told a great story! Was it a full complete story? No, but it didn't really need to because we knew what we came here for. Seeing Ryan Reynolds' Deadpool AND THE GREAT RETURN OF Hugh Jackman's Wolverine go to WAR. Hell, you knew they were fighting because it's on the poster! The cameos literally made me move in my seat with excitement! One cameo was SO UNEXPECTED that it truly was something that I never knew that I needed in my life! ALSO stick around for the post credit scene. 😉 This movie has officially entered my top 5 of best MCU movies of all time! Get ready to laugh, maybe cry, and possibly aroused... 🤣 All in all this movie was just EXTREMELY GOOD. Go see it before its spoiled!
MY RATING : 9.5/10 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌯

LONGLEGS 2024
Just got home from the theater and saw this. I will start by saying I am so happy Nicholas Cage is now in this Era where the random movies he says "yes" to are not terrible movies (not saying all his films are terrible), but they are wild ride films that will always keep you glued. This movie was a quirky thriller mystery film. If you're a horror fan you'll get a kick out of this one. Nicholas Cage plays the title character BUT he is NOT the main character. His character (make-up wise) reminded me a lot of Zelda from the original Stephen King movie Pet Semetary, and it truly is disturbing to look at, but a strange thrill to keep seeing pop up. Maika Monroe did a wonderful job charging through this film and you could feel the anxiety her character is feeling while she is trying to solve this mystery. I will say this film reminds me in certain aspects of the SAW films with the mystery aspect (Poster says "Silence of the Lambs" I say nay-nay 😆), BUT the cinematography did really remind me on Napoleon Dynamite. I'm about to lose some people on this last statement but there are certain shots in this film that make you laugh even though they're not meant to. There is an extremely dry humor to one or two parts of this film and the way it was shot made me think Napoleon was around the corner. 😆 If you are a fan of "who done did it?" films mixed with creepy thriller aspects you'll definitely enjoy this film. I will tell you this film won't be up for any Academy Awards but I really did enjoy this story and film. Also that soundtrack? Crank it up on the way home!

THE BIKERIDERS 2024
I'll admit I'm a loser when it comes to some of my favorite actors, and I'll check on their IMDB pages to see what new films they're working on. Tom Hardy is one em. 😆 When I saw that this film was being made I wasn't sure I was going to like this film. Capone was a film I got excited for, and sadly, that film was a mess that I understood, but it was a bummer. Seeing the cast list for this film grow with Norman Reedus, Michael Shannon, and Austin Butler - with Hardy, I was excited to see how they would all interact. This film did not disappoint, AT ALL. This film seriously blew me away! I gasped, I laughed, and may have even flinched a few times. This movie does leave you guessing what will happen next! If I could compare this film to anything, I would say it really did make me feel like this was another Goodfellas film. Goodfellas, to me, is the most iconic mobster movie. I don't know anything about mob life, but that film made you wanna learn more about it. The Bikeriders is exactly the same. I don't know about being in a biker group, but this film makes me want to learn more, AND it's based on a true story as well! All in all my final thoughts is this is a master class for storytelling, this cast is simply the best of the best in current film, and I REALLY suggest that you see this film even if bikeriding is not your thing! Go catch it before it rides off into the sunset!

*cracks knuckles* Alright this is gonna be a bumpy ride so strap in... first off NO SPOILERS HERE... so I just finished seeing this movie. I saw so much hype saying "Best Batman movie ever!" "Pattison is the Best Batman!" "Rotten Tomatoes fans love it!" Etc. Etc.. so going to see this I had a lot of expectations. Now I'm going to start by saying my top Batmen are Keaton, Affleck and Bale so when you go to a movie with the Legend of John Henry's Hammer type of hype you want to be blown away. I'm going to sum up the movie with one word and some people might hate me for it but I like to think I'm fair with my judgment... that word is... Disconnected. My honest opinion you are so disconnected from Bruce Wayne / Batman that you barely cheer him on. You're just watching him try to solve the riddles and you hope for something good to happen at the end. Pattison's acting chops are top notch I am not knocking him on that... it's the writing. Bruce and Alfred's relationship in this movie angered me so much. Not going to go into detail but out of all of the movies I literally wanted to smack Bruce for how cold he is towards Alfred. Other notes is I know with every reboot they will play with how characters are so it's not the same things you've already seen but some character traits should remain intact. I felt Penguin was a fall guy in this movie and I feel he has more power than what they portrayed him as. The "chemistry" between Catwoman and Batman is at some points weird and kind of rushed (even though the film is over two hours long but some parts are awkward for me...) My favorite characters in this film are Jim Gordan and the Riddler. Both knocked it out of the park and the balls are still flying. A lot of great shooting choices for visionary affects as well. One scene that keeps popping in my head and won't ruin anything for you is a scene shot in the dark and the only light is guns going off as Batman beats up some cronies (old word I know lol).. For any fan of action movies you'll love this film... For any fan of romance movies... ya ain't getting it here, sorry... it's weird.. sorry.. FOR ANY FAN OF BATMAN MOVIES... if you're open for new story telling and stretching what you thought you knew for a Batman story... you'll dig it... As for me... my rating... 7.9/10... Sorry to say I just can't give it that 8... Just lacked in certain things I was hoping to see.. but that's my opinion.. GO JUDGE FOR YOURSELF! Go see The Batman playing in Theaters Now!
