Tea Time - Closed - Olcsealgaire & Cecily
Cecily curled herself into the robe as she got back into the room and shook her head. “No thank you, I ate a little before leaving the cafe and I always tend to over eat considering the food is more or less delicious.” She gave a small laughter and listened to what he had to say. It was true though, the food Mary in the kitchen could make could make anyone crumble to the floor in pure ecstacy of food joys. “Oh well we all have different tastes for both tea and drinks.” she compented back.
The one he’d bought was without a doubt one of the more luxury ones but it was also a very good one. Cecily had at many occasions taken a cup with it and she was without a doubt not going to complain about this cup either because it tasted heavenly. Cecily took a small sip of the tea before his question came and she gently put the cup back down. “I work as a barista, so I’m used to making the coffee and tea, never truly bringing it to anyone- but he was really sick the delivery guy we had plus I told him I could do it since his exams were right around the corner and all I do is tend to the shop.” She shrugged and smiled.
"What about you? Painting is just a hobby or is it your lifely-hood? You are either way very talented. It’s not often you find someone who paints with such passion." She commented and it was the truth. His painting in the ceiling was glorious and Cecily wouldn’t mind stealing his skills.
"I do not eat out much. I have to be careful when I do so it tends to be a chore." Olcsealgaire started eating neatly as she spoke and he sipped his tea. He had not put anything in it. "I am sure it is delicious as you say." He did not doubt her he just had his reasons for the things he did. He did not look bored as he kept his eyes on her and his phone did not make a sound or even light up. "Yes we do, nothing wrong with being different."
The price of the tea never occured to him as he knew what he liked and therefore had ordered accordingly, even if it was a larger amount than most would order for just one person. "Well I am glad it was you since not everyone would take the open door and actually come inside. Although I think the music would be a giveaway that someone was home." He fell quiet again as most of the sandwich had disappeared already. He poured himself more tea and inclined his head at Shae wondering if she wanted more.
"Just a hobby that I do all right at. I do not feel I am great at it." When she aimed the complement at Olcsealgaire he closed his eyes a quiet look on his face as he slowly opened them again the blush on his face lightly as he looked at her. Clearly he was not comfortable with being complimented but he did not look away again. "Umm, thank you, I do not think myself so. I really do not do anything for a livelyhood right now." The sadness crept back into his dark eyes as he peered over the cup at her his fingers making it look as if it was a child's toy. "So what are you in to, or as you say passionate about?" He did not really want to pry but he felt he really was not at this point. He set the empty cup down and folded his hands in front of him again.
