Ever the athlete himself, it feels fitting that @THOM BROWNE would show his latest collection in San Francisco for GQ’s Super Bowl weekend festivities. Instead of his typical exaggerated silhouettes, Browne opted for looks that were more practical but maintained classic Thom Browne codes: kilts, suit-shorts, cropped sweaters, and shrunken sleeves in all shades of grey. The embellished coats of dégradé cable-knit effect were especially superb.

Always expect extravagance from Alessandro. Michele’s couture showing for Valentino, the first since Garavani’s passing, was grand and opulent. Golden crowns would transform a model into a goddess or empress. Feathered accents reminded of Vegas glamour from the 60s. There was much for the eye to take in, and no matter which look you choose to wear, you’ll be sure to make an extraordinary entrance.

Here I am nearly 9 years later restarting my Tumblr. Why? Not sure---its a new year and for some reason '24 is a number I enjoy. 24 hours in a day-- we all get the same amount of hours and what we do with those 24 hours is entirely up to ourselves.
