the thing is its incredibly likely its a different jared with the same last name who just got lumped in w him on imdb . but what if its not . and even it is then like at least then maybe i could edit the imdb page to be more accurate???
and for the record the movie is also exactly the kind of mediocre movie i like to watch, its not like im gonna be watching a movie id never want to watch otherwise

i need to do some art fight attacks ive been so caught up in homework and rpfing out and so on that ive fallen a bit behind on my revenges and bookmarks n things
id also love to ask about editing bc he talked about it a bit in one of the cinematography pods he was on and how its such an intensive process and you get so emotionally invested and involved with the footage and stuff that it takes a toll on you and thats why he took such a big break from editing doco stuff and i find that very interesting… especially w projects like fig trees and a lot of the john greyson collabs hes done where the editing plays such an important role… i have to go do tutoring now Sigh but i have so much more to say on this matter trust me.
i would genuinely love to interview jared raab tho. ive posted some of my questions id ask before and some of them are just self-indulgent questions bc i like to hear ppl talk about really boring everyday stuff but some of them are questions i think are actually relevant to his career and would also love to know more about. like the Big One id kill to be able to ask is like . how did having access to/participating in the pcvs integrated arts program in your high school years affect your process and the way you engage with creative pursuits? how much of an impact do you think it had on you? what with the closure of pcvs in 2012, do you think the structures in place currently for young, high school age people in the arts are sufficient or improving? what changes do YOU think should be made?
he’s talked about this stuff a lot in brief on like, the this is pop podcast episode about the swedish pop ep, and in his campaigning to keep pcvs open, and also similar stuff in relation to the loss of govt funding for music vids and stuff & idk i just find it fascinating… and ofc as a young person involved in creative stuff i just generally enjoy it when ppl advocate for young people in the arts yk :-)
