Well! I did most of the things on my checklist today, including getting and building furniture. The house is cleaned and tidied. Trash is out, dishes are in the washer, dog is bathed. I didn't get around to my hedgehog, but she's kind of being bratty anyway!

The feminization of murdermedia infuriates me a lot. and I feel like it all come from racism and misogyny.

I've seen depictions of alastor being the "housewife who works as a maid" for vincent. Or they completely force vincent to be the wife of the house because Alastor is a black man and they make vincent delicate, fragile and innocent because he's white.

They're two men who are from a different time than now, it'd be way more interesting to speak of the troubles alastor goes through as a person of color and what vincent goes through as a bisexual man instead of forcing one of them to be "the woman" or the relationship.
