Any advice to make my Berkut better? (The original one, not the fallen or dancer one) I use him as an enemy phase attacker in my Aether Raids Light Season, so he does have DC. I have spare Brave Chrom and Chloe fodder, and have Alfred to pass on his Rearmed Weapon.

berkut does not really want fodder from brave chrom or chloe...
with the distant counter melee sacred seal berkut can free up his A slot for further stat stacking. i should state that it is extremely difficult to enemy phase tank with a cav in aether raids if said cav is not named legendary seliph.
Arcane qiang is shown refined for extra defense however you can refine it for res if you want more mixed bulk.
no quarter is the special of choice in this build for the full damage reduction piercing when it triggers.
atk/def clash is a good mixed phase option for stacking stats and is available on quite a few units including rearmed lif, harken, and summer ephraim. if you are having a hard time acquiring atk/def clash you can instead run atk/def clash 4
atk def catch 4 is available from the zeke combat manual in divine codes 3
mystic boost 4 grants a large amount of post combat healing and is available on ascended eir (in the standard pool) and i believe also on new years eir. it also blocks the dazzling staff effect.
the c slot is very flexible, i chose to show here with alarm def/res for increased mixed phase bulk. however alarm def/res is currently only on rearmed lucina. another option is panic smoke 4 which is great for inflicting debuffs on foes in the middle of the turn (cannot be cleansed by effects that cleanse debuffs at beginning of turn). atk smoke 4 is also a great option for follow up negation on foes.

speaking of atk smoke 4 i cooked up a second build
this build uses the distant stance skill that you can inherit from chloe (since you mentioned having a chloe to fodder) which is upgraded distant counter that increases res in combat.
this build takes advantage of gambit + aether providing 40% constant (pierceable) damage reduction
gambit grants both damage reduction and true damage based on how high cooldown the special is. it is important to note that gambit does not work with galeforce as the skill specifies "if unit or foes attack can trigger units special" and galeforce always triggers after combat.
gambit and a 4 cd aether combined with the special charges from arcane qiang allow for regularly triggering aethers while getting 10 true damage. healing from aether helps with self sustain and tanking.

def/res catch as a sacred seal is to increase defensive stats on both phases however you can also choose to run the mystic boost sacred seal for extra healing
feel free to mix and match skills from both builds (as long as gambit is paired with aether) how you wish.
