I’ve been kikcked out by my racist ass roomate and I need $$$ and legal advise??

So I’ve been putting off making this post on hopes that things would get better but it’s just gotten worse. A few weeks ago I made a post abt how I needed to pay my rent on time because I was so scared that they were gonna kick me out then and it didn’t even matter cus they ended up kicking me out anyways AFTER I PAID THEM.

For starters I’m not on the lease. The only person who is, is my roomates mom who is in Chicago atm, almost a week ago I got a text from my ex roomates mom saying that they’re gotten tons of complains of people parking in my the wrong place (I don’t drive) and that there’s always a ton of guest (my roomate is a legit alcoholic and had random people over till the early morning)….this all ended up getting blamed on me and let’s not forget I’m the only black person in this situation…and we have another white roomate and no one has said anything to her….

So because of these complains her mom who constantly calls and harasses me called the other day and said they’re about to get evicted because of me and I need to be out by the end of the week.

So when I finally went to go and talk to her daughter, and I calmly told her that if she wanted me to leave I want my money back… she then started yelling at me calling me all types of bitches, I left w my sister and I to the store (stupid mistake) to get air and I came back to all the doors locked, after a while knocking they CALLED THE POLICE ON ME.

The police told me to gather some things and I had to leave…..I’ve been at my sisters since they STILL haven’t given me my money back and my sisters roomates are not going to let me stay much longer. Because my mom and 2 dogs are already here and I can’t have ALL of us be on th street again..which is why I’m asking for donations please so I can find a place to stay/ probably a motel and get legal help because I KNOW she can’t just do this to me I just don’t know where to go frm here…

BUT BRUH THERES MORE, this girl brought her grown ass uncle to stay w us for a while who is a huge trump supporter and once he came she told me to “not do anything…weird”. And this is after I told her abt how men make me so uncomfortable because of the trauma I’ve experienced w men….

I’m so mad and embarrassed…
