When my mom passed she left a lot of jewelry making stuff. I never got into jewelry making when growing up... but now I kinda understand why she did it.
Not bad for my first attempt.

Finally, the last gift is done. A Dino blanket... I just realized I used runza colors. But it still look good.
I figure my future brothers child, also needs a stuff animal... it's a cute sleepy dove. And that dove needed a matching hat.
I've been working on baby shower gifts. And since I know my brothers wife likes plants. I decided to make the hat and mitts pikmin themed. And my dad chose the type of pikmin... pink.
I think I did pretty good for my first time making and attaching a pom pom.
So, I'm going to be hanging out with family this weekend. I know their is going to be a baby there. I decided to make them a hippo.
I figure they'll love the color, ans I made the toes with a fuzzy yarn. But I also notice...
It looks better sitting... I think the reason why, is from how I sew on the head.
Update on the Raggedy Ann doll.
Turns out, giving Raggedy Ann hair is easier than I thought. I found a lovely YouTuber that restores Raggedy Ann doll. Thanks to sewhookedjen video on showing me how to give Ann some hair.
I still have to work on the back of her head. I guess my hands aren't use sewing throw fabric. I'm so use to sewing together crochet projects. Kinda forgot what's it like doing fabric.
Also good news, I looked back in the tub and learned the red part of her dress is done. BUT there was a mysterious blue stain. I tried a few tricks to remove it, nothing seemed to work.
So, i did what any reasonable person with an over abundance of craft resources would do... I covered it up.
You can still kinda see the stain, but most of it was covered up. It also surprising looks really good. At least I personally think it suits the Raggedy Ann theme. I'll give more updates in the future.
Me and my brothers spent the time cleaning the shed yesterday. There is a lot of stuff I'm surprised mom kept. Minus all the odd ball things, there was 11 tubs of crafting goods. We're talking, beads, fabric, yarn, old fabric pattern, etc.
I did take one of the tubs inside because I saw my grandma's knitting needles. Something I thought my mom gave away, she had in a tub the whole time. Turns out, grandma also had crochet hooks too. I guess a picked up a skill I didn't know my family has. I'll have to look up the size because the hook don't have millimeters, they only have letters on them.
And the other thing I found, an unfinished Raggedy Ann doll. The fabric for the clothes look like there already cut up, they just need to be sewn together. The yarn used for the hair is already in the tub, guess grandma also liked using Red Heart.
I'll have to do some research on how to finish her. Especially the hair, I've never done doll hair before. Wish me luck, I'll update you on how this goes.
Probably wonder where I've been...
Me and my friend have been discussing about selling our stuff at a festival. So, I've been busy making things and play video games on my breaks.
Here my cat with a bunch of blueberries I made. They look so cute and nervous.
It's a purple jackalope.
A note to self, don't add stuffing to the arms... unless you want them to T Pose.
I had left over plush yarn from the strawberry. So, I made a tomato... it turned out a bit bigger then I thought
Oh look, a strawberry
Sense my friend doesn't have a Tumblr account. I can post her birthday gift here.
I crocheted her a Winnie-the-Pooh bear doll.
I made a piggy.
It's my 7 year anniversary on Tumblr 🥳
This is probably my oldest account on any platform. And my safe place from all the negative on other platforms.

Baby shower one day away. And I learned the baby is a girl, so I made a pink (color on the yarn called soft peach) teddy bear.
And sense winter is coming baby mittens.
Also if the mittens stop fitting, they can put it on the bear. Pretend the bear has cannons for arms.
I've been taking a break from doing my Moondrop hat. When I got an invite to my cousin's baby shower, I got some ideas. I made a frog baby hat, it fits perfectly on my Sundrop doll.
