Combo #6 Exquisite blood and Sanguine Bond

This combo is notorious and the way many Black EDH decks like to win (I can’t say it isn’t how I usually win in my own deck.) The first piece is Sanguine Bond

This meh card on its own usually isn’t that powerful at 5 (3BB) mana just letting you turn all your life-link into drain abilities, but if you pair it with the real gem of the combo...

Exquisite Blood is, by itself, is an amazing card. It turns a 1 on 1 game into every source of damage into it having lifelink. (Also makes you gain life with Sorin Markov’s nasty down-tick) In multiplayer it is even better, giving you life when your opponents beat one another. But paired with the previous card, any time you gain or an opponent lose life you just loop this until they are dead. Truly the way Magic is meant to be played.

Combo #5 Rite of Replication X Reaper King

First part of today’s combo is another card that isn’t unknown in the Combo-world! Rite of replication. As always this combo involves using the Kicker cost so 9 mana. Oof.

Card#2 is Reaper king. Sure you end up having to sac all but one of them due to the legendary rule, but you get all that ETB triggers, and since they all see themselves enter... you get a whopping 25 card killer! And the best part is, The card does not read “Nonland Permanent” so you can go ahead and blow up lands!

Combo #4 Jace, architect of thought x Wheel of Sun and moon x Doubling Season

A 3 card combo that is a bit trolly... which is the best kind! First we have Wheel of Sun and Moon

Now its a decent card on its own. Either stop yourself from milling out, or make it so your opponent can’t use their grave. But for this combo, you are going to target yourself. Next we have Doubling Season.

Another great card on its own! But a semi-not well known side effect of this card; is it doubles walker loyalty counters as they enter. That is the totally solid effect that goes with this combo. 

Here we have Bad Jace. All together they make some nasty stuff. So what you do is drop Jace at 8, ult him and send him back to your deck. Using the first ability you grab any card from your opponent's library. Then grab Jace from yours, and then, You guessed it! Rinse and repeat. You end up taking everything that isn't a land from your opponent's library and dropping it. and ending by dropping something sexy from yours, like a emrakul.

Combo #3 Dark Depths x Vampire Hexmage

This is another well known combo that got one of the cards banned in modern! It revolves around getting a 20/20 indestructible flying token into play... on turn 2!

The first piece is a legendary land from Cold Snap.

At first glance it seems a bit annoying. I mean the creature it makes seems really overpowered but it takes 30 mana so whatever. But then you introduce it to this little puppy.

You guessed it, drop this turn 2 with an urborg, swamp+dark ritual, or just wait turn 3 and drop it, sac it to take all the counters off of the land and boom. 20/20 flyer with indestructible turn 2.

Combo #2 Life and Limb x Tremor

2 card forest board wipe.

Now sure, you use green to do it.. but hey splashing green to shut down another green deck? Sign me up!

Combo #1 Blistercoil Weird x Paradise Mantle

This combo is something a tad simple, but revolves around dropping down this ‘big’ mamba.

Then giving him this.

Essentially you just tap him for one mana, use that one mana to drop a mana draw card. Rinse and repeat. set up for the big kill either by swinging enough with him, or grape shotting them to hell.
