I feel like Twilight was too easily broken in TFNE. If she was shown going mentally unstable in the story beforehand due to ponies going missing, maaaaybe I could believe it. One minute she's perfectly fine and the next she's insane, due to middle school jeers. Also why did Fluttershy never use "the stare" on the bakers?

i think that the fun never ends and twilights fall should both be marked as having psychological torture as well. most of twilight's torture in the fun never ends is psychological and psychological torture is what babs uses to push twilight to suicide in twilight's fall.

i think that the gradual regression in derpy's speech and overall behavior could maybe be because of reitanna trying to make her, like, more obviously disabled or something? which is, y'know, really gross, obviously, but also not even really necessary in my opinion? iirc the earlier stories make it pretty obvious that derpy is mentally disabled and has trouble understanding things without making her talk in broken third person all the time. no disrespect intended towards any disabled people that actually do talk like that if they exist, but it's pretty clear that reitanna wasn't basing it off of any actual disability or it's symptoms and rather just her own very ignorant and stereotypical idea of what a mentally disabled person is like (in fact, i'm pretty sure she stated somewhere that she didn't even have any specific disability in mind when writing derpy, so therefore she probably also didn't bother doing any research into different disabilities and how they actually effect people)

I'm assuming you're talking about how Reitanna accidentally mixed Marble and Limestone's names/nicknames around? But, I do agree that Reitanna could've double checked if she got their nicknames correct or something but I get it, what's done is done.

Also, I do agree that Reitanna should've written Derpy hooves better and not portray her in the most offensive way possible.. which is odd, considering in the older chapters, Derpy Hooves doesn't speak in first person and uses words like 'I' instead of her own name but suddenly, in the later chapters, Derpy regressed.. It would've been interesting if Reitanna had written an excuse why Derpy suddenly regressed from using "I'm" and "I" as well as proper sentences to just talking in that way

But Muffins has ended so we won't get that

Out of curiousity, I decided to do a count how many Torture and Murder scenes are in Muffins (EDIT: Marked both Twilight's Fall and TFNES as psychological torture)

There's a total of: 16 torture and murder scenes.. While there's only three psychological torture scene in Muffins, unless you count Grudge of a bad seed where Babs visit Short Fuse in the hospital and psychology torments him (The reason I didn't highlight it in orange is because I forgot :/)

Please understand that some people are believe it or not, SENSTIVE and DISTURBED by child murder... They most likely skip chapters that includes the mention of torture and killing of any child (and/or baby) characters.. /nbr /gen

It's like how there are some scenes in The Boys I refuse to rewatch again because of how disturbing, gross or triggering it can be for me (ex: the scene where everyone is panicking in the plane because Homelander is going to leave them to die and Maeve is trying to plead with Homelander to at LEAST save two children, that scene really got to me), which is perfectly normal and completely valid

I'm sure there are some things you are probably triggered by or find sensitive to the point that you choose to skip said story/chapter or scene, I personally don't find myself triggered or upset by any murder or torture scenes shown in the series but I do get a disturbed, despite my criticisms for Muffins just as how I think the series should be less focused on the torture porn aspect and more focus on the story aspect just as the characters and such... and no, I'm not saying there shouldn't be GORE or MURDER or TORTURE scenes at all, it just needs to be tone down or otherwise, People like myself are gonna see it as a torture porn series :|

I dont understand why there's so much child torture/ murder in the story. I get it was briefly mentioned in Cupcakes but I feel like a good portion of Muffins is just child torture/ murder for no real reason. I had to skip the baby part in "When Bubbles Pop" because I didn't and still dont want to know what they did to that poor baby.

Not really a confession but, since Rei quotev was down, the Muffins Quiz no longer exist anymore. Does anyone else that played it ever got Blinkie and Babs results and screenshoted it? Me and my friends never got them when we played, and i really want to know the description Rei put to them, and ofc for archiving reasons (i have the ones for pinkie, inkie, minkie, applebloom and derpy). If you also have the one for "Run: Bakers victim" i would love to see bcz i forgot to screenshot this one when a friend of mine get and i remember of it being funny
