... The only thing that looked weird was that the character gave too much time for the guards to shoot, and they didn't. xD I understand what you said about not wanting to ask for more feedback. It happens a lot of times to me. But lately, I decided to insist for someone to talk more about something I put effort into, it's hard to ask, but after 5 minutes you realize it wasn't so bad, it was worth it. I guess you can even say in the most literal way:"I want feedback!!", so they understand. xD

We are a gaming channel hosted by John Markel: Artist & Animator and Jonathan where we do playthroughs of video games, typically ones that at least one of us has not played, but we make exceptions from time to time. Mondays-Thursdays at noon and 6pm EST I upload two different episodes of playthroughs with friends , and on weekends, I either upload playthroughs with other friends of one episode per week, or I take a break.

Our first episodes are a one-off of Inuyasha: The Secret of the Cursed Mask and the first episode of an on-going playthrough of Bully: Scholarship Edition, of which Jon has played and I haven’t.

We’re new to this whole YouTube thing, so please bear with any rookie mistakes we make in terms of audio, gameplay and overall commentary, and we aim to improve our content as best we can. Also bear in mind, as these episodes are recorded off-the-cuff without script and are pretty stream-of-consciousness, keep in mind there will be strong language and crude humor from time to time (and oftentimes, so do the games we play, which will also include graphic violence and horror), so if that doesn’t interest you, that’s fine, just please keep that in mind before you stop watching

On February 6th of this year, a week from tomorrow, I will unveil the project I've been working on for the past few months. It's been a long process that is the result of a long, introspective experiment at how I can provide you all with content on a regular basis while also working with the hours that I do at my day job. Since before last year's holiday season had started, I had begun working out the details and how this will work, and next Monday, I'll be ready to launch it. Stay tuned!

On Saturday, November 19th, 2016, one of my dearest friends, Tevan Alvin, passed away.

Tevan was one of my dearest friends in my latter years of high school. No matter what mood I was in, what I was going through at the time, he was one of those people that would always do his damndest to make me laugh. God, I still remember him begging like a puppy for my food every now and then whenever I ordered out at school, even when he had already eaten his own, and boy do I sure do miss that now. And I fondly remember dying laughing at Tevan and another of my friends fighting (literally) over a game of Mario Party 8, as well as the times that he provided voice-over for my and Andrew Schaeffer's animation projects back then, as General Frank Emser (left) in the old version of my in-progress series Flash Comic Universe, and Reivax in my friend Andrew Schaeffer's The Turbulator (right).

Beyond being incredibly easy to work with, above all else, he was a much funnier, pleasant and patient person to be around. He never once gave me a reason to be legitimately upset with him, because that's just who he was.

Rest in peace, Tevan. Graduating from high school and moving to different places may have made us drift apart, and I know not what was ailing you in your final years, but I know that you are at peace now and I miss you dearly. Love you, man. General Emser is (c) me Reivax is (c) Andrew Schaeffer

I'm several months late on this, but with Pokemon Go taking the world by storm and Sun & Moon on the horizon, maybe I'm not? My tribute piece to the 20th anniversary of Pokemon, featuring six of my favorite non-Legendary Pokemon! Out of the many games I've played in my childhood, Pokemon was among the most influential to me as both an artist and a person. These games were there for me when nobody else would be, and I love this franchise, whether there's 150 or 719 (soon to be more). Here's to 20 more!

Hey guys, long time no update! How was your summer? I was very busy for mine, unfortunately not doing much in the way outside of art. But that does not mean in any way that I have given up on any of my projects or aspirations, and I ESPECIALLY haven't given up drawing. I have just been doing a lot of thinking and planning during an extended break, in addition to working longer and more frequent hours at my part-time job this summer, as well as working on several other very important, adult things going on in my personal life.

What I can tell you is I am soon going to be building a PC to better accommodated my workflow. I am familiar with the phrase that a poor carpenter blames his tools, but when it came to producing work digitally (where I am most comfortable), my 4-year-old computer simply cannot keep up with the pace I've worked at for the past several years, and I've simply lost patience with it, which deeply affected my creative drive coming home from work.

I'm also planning on rebranding before the end of the year. I've grown real tired of the brand I've been using the past several years and want something to represent the fresh new start I'll be taking from here on out.

I'll end with a question for you: what would YOU like to see from me once I get things going again?  More/less fanart? More original work? Sketches? Let me know! Take care guys!

So good news: as promised, I finished the Game Grumps Animated short I started over a year ago and kept putting off until now. (which is weird, since it was almost done) Bad news is I'm having issues getting it to render out in video format Adobe Premiere (I animated it in Flash), so I gotta fight with it a bit before I can release it. In the meantime, here's a screencap!
