Interviewer: So you know, thereās been a lot of talk about the chemistry between Alex and Olivia.
Stephanie March: (laughing) Iāve heard, yes.
Interviewer: Iāve heard even the writers said, you know, yes we steered into that skit. Weāre aware of the chatter online, we've encouraged it.
Stephanie March: You know, I will tell you the last time I went back to shoot SVU, which must have been three years ago? I guess it was. Mariska and I were shooting at ā I canāt remember where we wereā we were downtown, it was Tribeca and it was late at night and it was kinda the last scene and we actually just... She said āDo you wanna kiss just for the hell of it and see if the writers ā see if they will use it?ā and so we did. We said goodbye and we kissed each other and then we asked them to roll the tape back and let us see it and they said: āOkay, but just this once but weāre basically deleting the whole thing after this.ā So we did manage to put one down.
Interviewer: This is gonna be your Snyder cut now.
Stephanie March: Where is it!?
Interviewer: Where is it? We know youāve got it, you say you donāt have it, but we know you save everything.
Stephanie March: Exactly. It was so funny, we were getting such a kick out of it.
