Feeling very dissociated rn... today was very likely more stressful than it needed to be but we've got a habit of making things more difficult than they need to be anyway. So. Not surprised.

Seriously doubting myself because I haven't heard or felt anything from anyone in a few days. Usually we're never fronting by ourselves, or someone is at least in the background... but it's been super quiet today and yesterday, and it's a little unnerving...
We're very blurry today.. I think we're waiting for something bad to happen that isn't going to..
I feel like there's a wall up preventing most of us from fronting or being heard. Maybe Grey is around.. but I'm not entirely sure. I'm so out of it. I feel like me, but I'm not really sure who "me" is right now. Definitely know that James is nearby, as usual, we've been switching all morning. 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒 this emoji is basically how the body feels today so that isn't helping.
I've noticed something. I have a much easier time knowing when James is around than when Grey/Sal is around or fronting. I usually don't notice until a while after I switch back. The most major clue is just a vague sense of "something about me is different than I've been acting lately" both before and after we switch, and a lack of connection with the body when they're around. They're so good at acting like me that it's honestly a little scary 🤔

Today is not a good day already. Sad and missing a life that will never exist. Need to switch but I don't want the fuzziness and anxiety that we've been having lately. Plus nobody wants to be around for today.
Is it so bad to want to be recognized for myself? I hate being the only one who struggles with this 😣
Maybe I'll write a little or something about me like I've been meaning to. Maybe that will help get these feelings to go away.
Been trying to communicate with the rest of us just a little at a time, trying to learn more about everyone that I can. I think I've finally figured out a few more of our roles, and communication has been easier for a few days since! For about a week now, we're not nearly as dissociated as we have been, which is definitely an improvement!
Been very switchy this week, between me, T.j, James, and Six. Honestly these last few months have been like that. I'm tired. I can't decide if I should stay in tonight or try to go out like James is wanting us to. It's our day off and I am very anxious again.

Honestly though my vanity tends to clash really bad with the uncomfortable feeling I get when I look in the mirror and see someone else's face and body. And remember that I'm not so easily recognized out here. I'm used to everyone knowing who I am, so it sucks not being held to that same status. So I don't post selfies near as much as I do inside. Also part of why we haven't made any YouTube videos yet.
