Pipes joined and welded with Multiplaz 3500!
Look closely at the weld integrity of the weld bead!
The users of Multiplaz Precise Trade discuss with the factory the Pipe specs and review the last 10 pipes.
“The Weld”
Just one 20-30 minute 3 ounce fill-up of diluted alcohol will do the job and no rod, pure fusion. Rolled steel pipes will be welded together above the threads and then will be ex-rayed to pass important guidelines. Notice the thicknesses of the threaded and non threaded pipes to be welded together with Multiplaz 3500!
Today we visit a factory in South Africa where we are welding together steel pipes.
Multiplaz 3500 user, Andy Stacks ”I made this greenhouse with my Multiplaz. The frame is 1 inch .065" square tubing. I made each wall separately, then they bolt together. The roof panels are separate and hinged so I can open them for ventilation. The frame will last a very long time, the polycarbonate panels will have to be replaced every few years, but the frame is good. The Multiplaz is underrated in what it can do. It's an awesome machine and I couldn't imagine not having it. Please don't take this as bragging, I'm just showing the capabilities that I've found with my Multiplaz.”
John-Kennon Shea is working on problems in very remote areas and getting it done as perfect MRO tool! Thank you for sharing to Multiplaz viewers, enthusiasts, nay-sayers and everyone in between.
1/2″ cuts done by Multplaz 3500!
One of our Multiplaz 35000 users built this trailer!
This is metal cleansing while welding...but you can cleanse your metal before beginning a rusty welding project!
Video 3: The final all important "Bend and Strength" test. Multiplaz at 90 degree bend holds and passes 100% with no cracks visible anywhere. This was steel exhaust tubing and this changes the way this part can be produced cleanly with very little carbon footprint.
Video 2 of the Automation of Multiplaz for steel exhaust tubing in Bosel South Africa.
Multiplaz never has “wars on women”, we celebrate them and their work! Here is Arax cutting aluminum and laying a bead…. Is she good or what with a Multiplaz 3500? #multiplaz #welding #plasmacutter
