This dude right here is the best ice cream vendor in Phuket! He opens a fresh coconut. Pours the fresh water in a cup for you to drink. Then he scrapes all the coconut meat inside, adds the coconut ice cream, candied pineapple, sticky rice, and roasted peanuts. Amazing!!!
