if I can speak abt death and dying for a second, I’m kinda really relieved I don’t give a shit at all that my dad is dead. My mom and siblings, who he also didn’t do right by, have complicated feelings on it but like. I’m so glad that’s not me. It’s kind of relieving to know that if someone doesn’t treat me right, even if they leave my life in a “sad” way, I’m not gonna bowl over and forgive them.
