80th Birthday Family Outdoor
I havenāt blogged for a whole year! The pandemic has brought a new norm to everyone. I appreciate the fact that life has slowed down just a bit and definitely took advantage of it. Now I am back to full speed, I want to resume my blog with this session that was taken one year ago.
This session means a lot to me. They contacted me in January last year wanting pictures to be done in early Spring to celebrate Mom (Jan)'s 80th birthday. The session was rescheduled 3 times due to COVID. Finally, we were able to do it in June - my very first session after NJ re-opened and allowed non-essential businesses to offer services.
They decided to keep the session small and only include Mom the the ākidsā, no grand-kids or great grand-kids (you will know why)
We had tons of laughs and a great time during the photoshoot.
When I asked what is their favorite activity during a family reunion, their response was ālaughing until our stomachs hurtā! We wrapped up the session with a fun pose. If you asked me what is one good thing that happened since the start of the pandemic, I would say we all have learned who and what matters to us most.
