Reminder to everyone to space out their MDMA rolls. At least 3-4 weeks in between if you can eat foods that contain serotonin precursors & use antioxidants with it. 5-6 weeks if you don’t.

Also keeping body temperature from getting too hot helps to reduce the comedowns.

People that try to roll every single week or multiple times per week (we have tried it many times, and it never works out) will learn the hard way, the brain regenerates serotonin very very slowly. Eventually it will significantly impact your memory and emotions.
