GOD HELP ME OUT !
˃ᴗ˂ ⠀⸝⸝ ⠀33 yrs old ++ autism . trans ftm bisexual
Guess it's just a thing that's happening in my neighbourhood/ in my side of town then, huh :P
Anyway, I'm going to go eat this very blue pie that one of my neighbours made for me! (It feels like the filling is a bit more slime like than a regular blueberry pie, but I'm not going to judge my neighbour's baking skills when it gets me free pies!)
They even got like, a majority of the neighbourhood to sing a song about the pie! These people have become an absolute riot since mama Mia came to town!
Toodaloo!
- the person who REALLY likes musicals
Huh, that’s strange…
Have you heard any kind of suspicious singing lately?
My neighbour has been all on it this morning, almost got me to join on in! I think she got some kind of singing lessons between yesterday and today because her singing was absolutely gorgeous! Usually, she sounds like a cat whose tail has just been stepped on, lol.
Maybe getting to see mama Mia at the theatre yesterday gave her a bit of vocal inspiration? I'm jealous she got to go and see it! I usually never miss a musical in this town....but I couldn't get any tickets in time so...eh

Ah, no? No singing! No suspicious singing anyway haha. That’s uh… certainly interesting! I’d hate to live next to your neighbor, sounds like torture. I already have to deal with my.. fellow employees singing just to irritate me. Not a fan!!
How's your day been today, Paul? :)
- the person who REALLY likes musicals
Okay, I guess! Busy day today! 😅
Ted walks over to Paul’s desk, leaning over him. “Hey. What’cha workin’ on?”
[ that’s all i got. this took me over 24 hours to think of. you’re welcome @chaicedtea ]
Paul looks away from his computer, staring at Ted. “I’ve got a better question for you, why aren’t you working? You’re always slacking off! I know this job isn’t exactly fun, but man..”
Ted shrugs, “I wanted to come see what you were up to. Am I not allowed to check in on my friends, Paul?” The bastard raises an eyebrow, an annoying grin on his face.
Paul frowns at him. “You never just ‘check in’ on me. Every time you talk to me your goal is to annoy me.“
This time, he raises both eyebrows, shoving his hands into his pockets. “Ohh? You don’t like my company? That hurts, Paul. That really hurts.” He pouts, but not for long. He laughs at himself.
He looks back at his computer, shaking his head. He begins typing on his keyboard. “Ok Ted, I know you want attention, but I have work to do. You’re gonna have to get it from someone else. Sorry.”
Ted narrows his eyes, standing up straight. “Awww, that’s no way to talk to a friend.” But he leaves anyway. For about two minutes.
He comes back, this time leaning on Paul’s desk. “Hey. What’cha up to?”
Paul sighs, taking his hands off of his keyboard. He stares at Ted.
“Ok. You really want me to pay attention to you, so I will! But don't expect this every time you try to talk to me while I’m working.”
Ted raises his eyebrows, smiling a bit. “Oh yeah? Wow, I wasn’t expecting that. You really care about me! That’s so cute.” Can he stop that
He blinks. “..Right. Whatever makes you feel better, buddy.”
He smiles wider, and with his teeth. “Well,” he stands up straight, walking closer to Paul. “How has your day been? Anything interesting happen?”
He shrugs, as he looks down at the floor. “I’ve been working- trying to work, so no, nothing interesting has happened.”
Ted nods. “Cool. Why haven’t you been able to work?” Is he stupid
“You keep talking to me. It's distracting.”
Ted laughs abruptly, “Oh, yeah! Sorry, buddy. You’re just so fun to bother!” He winks, smiling with his teeth.
He looks back up at him and lets out a sigh. “Ok.. Why do I even try to get you to stop at this point? It's completely useless.”
Ted nods, still smiling. “Mmhm! Completely useless.” He walks closer, “Hey, I was thinking, maybe you’d wanna do something together sometime this week? We haven’t hung out in a while.” Yeah it’s probably because you’re annoying
Paul shrugs. “There’s a reason for that but sure, I guess we can do something.”
Ted frowns. “Awe. You’re so mean to me!”
“Anyway, we could watch a movie at my place? Not a musical, I promise.” He smiles. Is he lying? No. Does it seem like he is? Yes.
“No, I don't trust that at all.. frightens me a bit to be honest. If you invite me to your house and we sit down and you put on a musical? I'm going to leave immediately. I need you to know that.”
He nods, “Yeah, I know. That’s why I said we won’t be watching one, silly.” He nudges Paul’s shoulder playfully.
He smiles nervously. “...Well yeah, I heard you, I just don't believe some of the things you say.”
Ted crosses his arms, rolling his eyes. “Uh, rude! I’m being truthful! I’m not gonna put on a musical and torture you. Do I seem like the person to do that?” He pauses. “..Don’t answer that.”
He nods. “Right, because I don’t think you would be satisfied with my answer. But anyways.. when should I come over?”
Ted chews on the inside of his cheek in thought. “Hm.. does Monday work? Petey will be out with his little girlfriend then, so we’ll be aaall alone.” He winks, chuckling.
He blinks, awkwardly looking around the room. “...Ok? Monday works, I guess.”
He nods, smiling. “What? You not sure if I’m talking to you.. or??” He giggles, patting Paul’s shoulder.
“Anyway, sounds good, buddy.” Once again, he winks playfully.
“Ok.” Paul stares at the cup of coffee sitting on his desk as he reaches his arm out to grab it.
He stops abruptly. “Uh- wait, what time should I be there?”
Ted, once again, chews on the inside of his cheek in thought. “Ehh.. how does 2:30 work? P.M. not A.M.”
“That’s fine, if I start getting ready at 2:00 and leave at 2:15.. should be exactly 2:30 by the time I get there! Assuming there won’t be any traffic jams.”
Paul thinks in silence for a moment. “..Maybe I should get ready at about 1:30 to make sure I won’t be late? I don’t really want to be early either. I want to be right on time!”
He shakes his head playfully, chuckling softly. “You live relatively close to me, so.. 2:15 will work fine, probably.”
“Oh, you’re right. I’ll stick with my original plan then!” He smiles at Ted.
Ted walks over to Paul’s desk, leaning over him. “Hey. What’cha workin’ on?”

🎵 Hi Paul 🎵
(I didn't know what to put lol)
@ask-the-infected-barissta
“Emma?” Paul stares at her with a concerned look on his face.
“You’re singing..! Very funny joke, haha...”
Hey Paul, hru?
@ask-hottay-latte-barissta
Hi, Emma! I'm alright, how are you? 😄😄
Im...uh-peachy! Yeah I'm great, immm good- 😁
peachy emma???? oh my god-you're a total freak 😭
Ok, that's nice! 😊
[ theyre both total freaks /silly ]
(THEY ARE BOTH FREAKS OH MY GOD-)
What have you been doing since uhm...you came here last? Its been a while-not-not like im counting or anything or that I care. You just haven't been to the shop in a while and I miss teasing you about your order and such-I mean, only emos get a black coffee and stuff
I should stop talking-
Oh, uh, well.. I started going to a different coffee shop. Beanie’s isn’t very good, you know!
[ im under the impression this isnt an in-person interaction but im a bit unsure sos ]
(Probably not my version of Emma would freak the fuck out her version of Paul is infected/dead)
(Though maybe this is before all of the singing infection????? Thats my impression idk)
Oh! I mean yeah thats fair, beanies fucking sucks. I'd leave this job if I could, though unfortunately I can't. At least for now
And with the new "you have to sing" rule it hasn't gotten better. It's gotten worse. Boss is on our asses about the singing thing. You'd probably hate it, I hate it-
Yeah, you’re right, I definitely would hate it. Luckily CCRP doesn’t do anything like that, because that would be a living hell for me.
[ my paul isnt supposed to be infected but he could be idk he can be anything... im silly like that ]
(I mean he can be infected or maybe this can be in the past before he got infected your choice idm. Though if he's infected im gonna be dramatic and angsty)
Oh yeah, i can imagine it now. CCRP the musical, starring Paul Matthew's as the main character. You'd have tap dance shoes and everything
[Emma couldn't help but laugh a bit at the thought of that. But she had to admit it would be kind of cute. Even if Paul didn't like musicals]
Oh, God, I don’t even want to think about that.. sounds horrible. I’m perfectly fine with my boring office job that doesn’t require any singing!
[ i definitely have not been in character for infected paul so i think this is just normal paul..... :3 ]
(GIGGLING OKAY :3)
I think it would just be funny though. I mean a guy that doesn't like musicals stuck in a musical? How ironic would that be. I mean I'm already living that so maybe you should too 😈
Just kidding, of course. I know thatd be living hell for you :]
I would much rather die than be in a musical. My co-worker already tortures me with his singing, anything more than that and I’d fully go insane!

Yeah, you’re right, I definitely would hate it. Luckily CCRP doesn’t do anything like that, because that would be a living hell for me.
