One day left until Perfume’s cold sleep.

Over the past few days, no matter where I walk inside NHK, I keep running into familiar faces. They come up to me saying, “We’re here to see it through.”

The staff members who took care of us back when we were hosting MUSIC JAPAN are now the ones making Kōhaku. Even though they’re usually spread out across different regions now, for today they’ve all gathered at NHK from all over the country for Kōhaku.

To be able to close things out on the Kōhaku stage, watched over by everyone we’ve shared both hardships and joys with, makes me truly happy and deeply honored. I’m honestly proud.

Even though it was a press conference, they dressed me in a gorgeous gown 🌷

I’ve been able to face each job carefully and sincerely, and I’ve been allowed to fulfill so many dreams—things I still wanted to try. I’m truly happy.
