it's so easy for people to misunderstand and not even listen the part they misunderstood.

some of us need to accept that , if we are silently suffering and if we choose to delete our socials and not picking up the call or anything, we're not getting any "how're you, are you okay? are you fine?" typa messages from the people who we ask when they do something like that. We rather accept the fact that no one's going to visit us in the hospital other than the ghost of a patient who's tryna be the support system that time 🎀

July feels like the month filled emotions

The thunders describe the anger

the rains traces the tears

the humidity describes the mood swings

the gust of wind reminds of the joy

do you just sometimes just sit by yourself and think of all the events that had happened to you till now? thinking about them reminds you that you've been holding too much, you've been carrying too much, but you always forget to remind yourself the most important thing that, how much strong you are to bare those things and still survive today 💙 I'm proud of you :)

that feeling of the regret, guilt, sadness which fills up your throat as if someone is trying to choke and you're not able to cry, overflow of emotions when someone finally notices it and the barrier finally breaks.

Hugs are gift, they're something which can instantly comfort the individual and let their emotions out which they've locked from a very long time. The tears in the eyes after someone hugs you because only you know how much you've been going through and that you've never got the chance to cry in someone's arms to feel comforted. I never got hugged by anyone. If anyone hugs me for more than seconda I'll end up crying in their arms remembering every disastrous situation I've went down, the feeling when your body starts to feel less burdened, the feeling when your emotions finally start to escape, It's magical.
