Here’s my Arcosian/Icejin OC! Unlike Axis who started off as a character who I then made in Xenoverse, Verglas was created in Xenoverse first because I wanted to play as an Icejin and ended up liking them so much I expanded on their story.

Their name is Verglas and they’re a priest in a monastery high above on the mountains secluded away from the main cities of Arcose. My wife did an amazing job of creating the kind of mythos behind Arcosian culture that they worship so i’ll have to convince her to post them someday (as well as all her other headcanons because they’re great)

After weeks and weeks of seeing awesome OCs from @zolariel  @sin-ruby  and @squarerootofdestiny it’s super inspired me to revamp my DBZ OC/self and revive this dormant blog.

So before Toriyama put me into the DBZ universe by creating Android 21, I made Axis of Cooler 98/Brench, Captain of Cooler’s Strike Squadron, tasked with taking care of issues that come up and need addressing across his territories.

Sweet and positive as she is, she’s deadly serious in battle choosing to trade very few words over actions unlike many of her opponents. Her fighting style is a common one on Brench and can be described as a cross between Capoeira and Wushu, but because of her small size she relies more on her speed rather than her strength (most of it is in her legs so unless you want your skull cracked like an egg I’d be careful around them)

I’ve been developing Brench culture and biology for years now so i’ll eventually post all my headcanons since its such an under appreciated planet and race. I’ve also got an Icejin OC who I adore, i’ll probably post their design soon too.

been getting back into BPRD with the wife so I figured I should post this design I did like more than a year ago

Lex/Human/Hunter

-ray of sunshine despite her rocky start to this whole Guardian deal

-she was running around on her own for a bit in the wild and pretty confused before she was found by her future mentor/adopted dad, an Exo named Mayse-30 (I haven't decided what I want him to be yet, a Hunter so he could train her as a Gunslinger or a Titan Defender Dad™)

-a natural Gunslinger but took to Nightstalker very quickly

-scary accurate especially with a knife, bonus points if it’s on fire

-usually rocks a Hand Cannon/Sniper combo for Max Precision (also any weapon with Firefly really) her baby was the Crypt Dweller SR1 before it became obsolete (still uses it tho)

-usually too smol to use a Rocket Launcher effectively

-her vault is full of cloaks (and old guns/armor she can’t bear to get rid of, hoarder for sure)

-favorite shader is Bloodpact and rocks the Crest of the Alpha Lupi/Strength of the Pack aesthetic all the time

-major hearteyes for The Speaker, likes to come up with reasons to go see him and then never act on them because she’s so shy

-also has hearteyes for Shaxx but is terrified of the Crucible (freezes up or panics when fighting other guardians, Aiden and Mayse are fairly certain its due to something in her pre-resurrection memories)

-but loves Sparrow racing, is a top racer in the league (Cayde puts ungodly amounts of glimmer on her races)

-adrenaline junkie to the point of being an absolute danger to herself

-which is why her Ghost is basically just a worried babysitter (she takes such good care of him tho always polishing him and giving him nice shells)

-is actually friends with an Eliksni Captain aka her weird Alien Uncle who is an old friend of Mayse’s

(sidenote/backstory behind that, they were kind of forced to help each other in the midst of a battle, he was wounded and Mayse helped him, afterwards the faction he commands broke off from the hostile Fallen and does their own thing now occasionally helping guardians, especially when Lex calls him for backup)

-she can speak a bit of Eliksni because of this

-adores Variks and visits him in the Reef whenever she can, she’s always bringing him lots of neat trinkets (hoarders unite)

-Hive nests freak her out

-FWC 4 lyfe

-likes books more than Aiden

-hates the cold but likes the excuse to wear fluffy cloaks and will do anything to go visit Shiro

Aiden-4/Exo/Warlock

-the least Warlock to ever Warlock (probably should have been a Hunter) but surprises himself with how Warlocky he can be at times

-he has mini crises about this but is always assured by Ikora that he was indeed meant to be a Warlock

-had trouble mastering his main subclass, was a decent Voidwalker but it never really clicked with him (we don't talk about his “Sunsinger Incident”) but then Ikora set him on the path of the Stormcaller and everyone was amazed with how naturally it came to him

-his Ghost is kind of a Dick, likes giving him a hard time, but he’s nice to Lex and this frustrates Aiden to no end

-he’s a buddy of Cayde’s who is still disappointed he’s not one of his hunters, especially since Ikora likes to rub it in his face

-prefers Scout and Fusion rifles (not the best shot but Lex is schooling him)

-loves red

-allied with New Monarchy (doesn’t really like them but r e d)

Duo Headcanons

-inseparable and absolutely drift compatible

- matching warpaint with Lex ALWAYS (she does his paint for him)

-every year they make a hike up to their secret cliffside spot on Venus to celebrate when he and Lex first met there

-despite their alliances to the other Tower factions, they’re both fiercely loyal to the Vanguard and the Speaker above all else

-Aiden and Lex’s Ghost are the voice of reason to her shenanigans

-smol and tol

-are they just friends or have they been married for years now? the amount of glimmer people have bet on this is kind of scary and the world will never know the Truth

-I headcanon that when Guardians are resurrected they fall into 3 categories. 1) they remember nothing of who they were before 2) they do remember who they were before being resurrected (fairly rare) 3) the ones who fall in the middle, they don't remember but they get flashes of memories from before they were resurrected which are not pleasant in the slightest (this is usually the result of a gruesome death)

-Aiden doesn't remember anything from his past life but sometimes he just Knows things and honestly it freaks everyone out

-Lex is in the 3rd category, which is what led to her running off and not going to the Tower right after her resurrection

I figured my first post should be something i’ve been meaning to post forever now since even though I designed it like a year ago i’m still in love with it.

This is my Overwatch-self, i’ve got my signature Bio-Electric powers (which you’ll see quite a bit on this blog) and I was a member/Human liaison to the Shambali before Mondatta was assassinated, joining Overwatch shortly afterwards.

I haven’t quite thought of how i’d play in game but maybe i’ll elaborate on the finer details in the future.
