Hardly a week goes by these days when we don't see some article about the layoff of arts writers.
That's going to change really soon. If you can all stand with me any thousands of others as we demand salaries and benefits for the unpaid, long hours we work day in and day out. I'm not talking 15 and 16 year olds who don't take much seriously. I'm talking real hard working artists who never see a dime, have possibly contributed a great deal that eventually led to profit, and not to mention all the free performances that go on these days for the sake of benefiting non-profits.
Very interesting article right on USPTO.gov's website discusses how important the creators and inventors are for the economy. So, where is the loyalty and appreciation? Currently, I am working on a site called ArtSpaceCentral.com, ArtistSpaceCentral.us (both lead to the same place) and Virginia-Records.com. If you can, please contribute to gofundme.com/HUSHUnderground because it's our time to start benefiting. It's for the film I plan on turning to life one my memoir is complete and enough funding is raised to actually pay the entire working staff. This will be no ordinary staff. It will be awesome artists, actors, cinematopgraphers, etc., that simply haven't had a chance to break through the brick wall called luck.
The movie of course is based on my memoir in the style of David Lynch, Quetntin Terentino, Phillilps Seymore Hoffman and The Coen Brothers. Those are the only people I feel could give this project the recognition it needs. So if any of you are interested, please consider contacting me right away! As the movie should uphold a weird, awkward, far-fetched tone, it should have the breathing room to also offer a great deal of satire, unfortunate worldly realism, and of course a bit of stupid humor.
Sounds like a great team right there and 100+ unknown, but well deserving talents. All of your megaphones are much louder than mine and I'm hoping someone will step up to the plate and be that megaphone for this project while assisting in its fruition. The sole purpose that I have sacrificed everything I possibly could for 8 years, was to get to this moment, where there is a possibility in sight to do something good. Great. Extraordinary! To be able to employ more independent artists on a regular basis, takes a lot more than a million paid likes or follows. It's through leading by example and hoping others will follow. Lastly, in allowing the creative mind to work its magic without an opinionated group lurking around the cutting room floor.
The movie will not start until I have enough to pay reasonable salaries, offer paid lunch breaks, travel reimbursements and temporary benefits. Just as is REQUIRED if you work in any other industry. Please view my other profiles at
