I don't think people really process just how much of a presence or gravity you must have. Aren't you also pretty tall?
You take up so much room, as you should. In a world that asks you to be small, it's objectively hot that you're unabashedly not. Softly, but directly demanding your place. With a smile, and with insistence. It's enough to make a man melt.
If it's not too personal, has your confidence or personality changed after your gain? It might be projection (or because I'm a huge sub lol) but you look more confident.
Iām 5ā6ā¦ not very tall
I think my confidence has changed, but maybe not in the way people would expect. Iāve always been a fairly confident person, but over time Iāve found a deeper sense of value in myself. That probably sounds dramatic, but itās true. Iāve realized I deserve more than what Iāve been accepting from people over the last few yearsāmore respect, more honesty, more effort, and more appreciation.
As my body has changed, Iāve become more aware of myself, not less. Instead of feeling like I should take up less space, Iāve become more comfortable taking up exactly the space I need. I genuinely love my body. I feel beautiful in it, I feel sexy in it, and I feel at home in it.
I think that comfort translates into confidence. Itās not that Iāve suddenly become confidentāitās that Iāve stopped questioning whether Iām allowed to be. Thereās a different kind of certainty now. Iām less interested in shrinking myself to make other people comfortable, and more interested in showing up as I am.
So yes, I think my confidence has grown. Not because of my size alone, but because Iāve learned to value myself more, and that changes the way you carry yourself.
