Lust could feel her body being fixed, without nanites anymore she couldn’t really heal herself, so Kayo really was saying her life. The android softly sighing at this oddly soft side of Kayo being presented, even if it was still in her usual rough fashion.
“I hope they did..Pride and Greed.. they’re the only others I think maybe made it somewhere. The rest, I don’t know Kayo.” Lust looked up towards the blackhole. “Somewhere near there, Mother is about to fight something. But.. I can’t help her.”
“I don’t think either of us can this time. I missed you Kayo, I’m sort of happy.. this is almost over.”
“Ah think ya bastards are more resilient than yer thinkin’...or even imaginin’. It’s hard tah think that sum of yer kind is gone...but ah dun think that...well...ya know...ah don’t think that it’s big number...of deaths ah mean.” She shrugged. She wasn’t in denial. She knew that deaths happen. During the war. It was, maybe intuition? Yes, intuition would be the right word. That intuition was telling her that more made out alive than her current companion could have realized. She slowly puffed her cigarette, staring at the black hole. She contemplated something for a moment.
“Even if ah could help, ah wouldn’t. There are fights one needs tah have on their own, ya know? And those fights are either meant to be won...or lost. It’s really nothin’ that grand. Ah’m sure she’ll be fine....and dun get all mushy on m’...ah fuck it...ah missed ya too.” She ruffled her hair, her body fully healed now. Fully functional. Just as Lust’s body should be by now.
“Ah think...ah wanna stay and watch. Dun worry....Ah’ll be back...when this thing’s over.” A single tap on the other’s forehead and a single word. Return. The next moment Lust would find herself in the mansion. And a lone figure of a magical girl remained behind...waiting....watching.

Lust say, eyes forward looking at the black hole before her. Sitting on this graveyard of bodies, she had saved her sister but in doing so, used her way out. Whatever was about to come, would be too much for anyone to survive if they weren’t welcome. She could see it, giants in the playground, and she was a tiny speck.
But hearing something, Lust at least brought her head to look up. Eyes wide, “Wo wo wo Kayo?” Lust blinked a few times, the other’s condition was horrible, worse than her, worse than Greed really. But Lust couldn’t help but tear up, sitting up and without pause clinging to this idiot who was far out of their own element.
“What the hell you’re just a mess Kayo.” Not that Lust was any better, her body was a mess too from all the robots trying to claw at her and steal her parts. Sniffling a little, Lust leaned on Kayo’s shoulder. “I don’t know.. Miss Kayo, if being here sooner would of helped. Even Mother couldn’t fix it all. And.. well she’s far stronger than you think hehe.”
Lust stared out, a little teary eyes. “We couldn’t save a lot of them Kayo.. I couldn’t even save mother and she tried to scare me away. But here I am, saved Greed at least…wherever she landed..”
“You’re really dumb coming here. Stupid, like that dumb dog that tried to do the same. What the heck, do I just attract the foolish ones.” Lust laid her head on Kayo’s shoulder. “Is it really okay if something like me gets a home?
“Ah ain’t dyin’ in this dump..and ah ain’t letting ya die as well.” Was her reply after a moment, The sounds of her broken bones fixing themselves as her body returned to normal could be heard from the distance Lust was. And heard quite clearly. She still inhaled another portion of the smoke. The pain didn’t matter to Kayo at all, really. She listened to the other and she felt numb emptiness spread inside of her. So many of them died, then? That’s not something she expected, but it’s something that she thought about. She did hear that it was a war, so it did make sense, to a degree.
“And Ah’m sure sum of ‘em found a new home fer themselves, aye? it dun’ matter. Really, ah expected this tah happen eventually.” Surprisingly genuine today isn’t she. She slowly wrapped her healed hand around the other, stroking Lust’s shoulder with relative absentminded feeling to it. Something in this situation didn’t sit right with Kayo. But she didn’t understand what exactly. Perhaps she was just tired.
“Of course, ya dumbass. Ah came for ya all tha’ way. ya know ah ain’t going away unless ya ask me to.” She finally pushed the android closer. Mumbling the words of restoration magic. She casts said magic towards the other. Waiting for it to take effect soon after. It should work to repair some of the damage, at least. “

“FOUND YA.” The dark monster covered in blood appeared to be walking towards the other female sitting at the robot graveyard. The darkness receded, revealing the face of the one and only Kayo. SHe didn’t have an arm, her whole face was covered in bruises and she herself didn’t look all that healthy. Broken everything you that you can break and bleeding intensely. But her injuries were also starting to be gong away. Dark heart filling the spots in the skin gushing with blood, mending broken bones, and leaving her relatively unscathed. Sky-blue eyes changed, as she approached closer. Her clothes are gone, but she simply creates some with her magic. A cigarette in hand, being lit up from the same old lighter.
“Ya know. If ah knew that’s going to be such a shitshow, ah would probably interfere sooner. Silly one, aren’t ah?” She slowly sat down beside the android, letting out a sigh, with the same, cherry-flavored smoke exiting her lungs. She remembered how she tore her way through the hordes of fuck knows what. How she blindly charged into more battles. The pain she had gone through while searching for a single familiar face around. And now she is here. Sitting down and waiting for something to happen. Or maybe she is just having a moment of contemplating her own actions?
“Will ya...go with m’ home? That’d be...nice.” She had looked towards Lust. She honestly expected that after such turmoil everyone will eave her. so she didn’t exactly have any hopes of bringing anyone home. They all have their lives after all. She probably doesn’t have that much of a part in it.
