I’m more into instant gratification. I don’t think acting is worth selling your soul for, again just my opinion. I’m sure you see something that I don’t with that career.
It’s worth it to me.

I’m more into instant gratification. I don’t think acting is worth selling your soul for, again just my opinion. I’m sure you see something that I don’t with that career.
It’s worth it to me.
That’s really great though, either way. And the play is a good one, so break a leg out there. Whens the opening.
Not for a few weeks. And thank you.
Theater rehearsals, right? Sounds like even more fun. Kidding.
I like rehearsal, I just don’t like the idiot understudy. I’ve told him over and over again that I’m not interested.
Oh. Well then I guess you gotta do it till they get the shot, right? It’s still acting.
I guess, but there isn’t really a shot it’s theater...
But you’re not a prostitute… It’s just kissing. Besides, it doesn’t go on that long, does it?
Not usually. But when your director says you don’t have enough chemistry- it goes on for a while.
Are you enjoying the part? Constant making out aside.
Yeah, of course I am.
Hooking? How?
Getting paid to makeout with someone... it makes me feel like a prostitute. It makes me feel cheap.
Still, not a terrible job.
It feels like hooking.
I take it you’re Bonnie?
That would be correct.
Then, it’s not worth it in my opinion.
It will look good on my resume and then it will be worth it. I just have to wait.
What is the play you’re in?
Bonnie and Clyde.
I can suggest it, if you’d like me to.
Don’t worry about it. I have plenty of chemistry with the other actor.
Chemistry can come just as easily, if not more so, from quality conversation, and connecting on a level beyond just kissing. Maybe going out to tea or something would work…
Tell my director that.
Sounds like a horrible way to spend the day.
You can say that again.
It makes good money, doesn’t it? Getting paid to make out doesn’t sound like too bad of a job either.
It might be okay if I liked the person, or wanted to make out, or was getting paid enough to make it my only job.
Oh wow. The musical? Are you on Broadway? Or is this a off broadway play? Either way that play is great. You’re the lead?
Definitely not Broadway. More like off-off Broadway. I am, yeah. First big part since I got here.
Crossing my fingers for you. What play are you doing?
Bonnie and Clyde.
