Passing the Arctic Circle...

Back in January I went on a trip to Kiruna, Sweden's northernmost town.

What a crazy trip that was! Crazy, but super awesome!  I've got a chance to drive a snowmobile, to see the northern lights (more or less), to taste reindeer and moose meat, to chop wood (something I completely failed) and to experience a temperature that really made me wonder whether I could see my family again! Kiruna tested my mind and body but it was all worth it and I know this memory will be always with me (you definitely cannot forget how your feet feel at -33 °C O_O).  Now I can really say that I've fulfilled the goal of my Erasmus. After all, a trip to Lapland is the main reason why I've chosen to come to Sweden.
