Yesterday I had a dream that I completely lost my mind and it was such a scary feeling and then i woke up and i now realize i woke up mid panic attack

After a couple of hours i fell asleep again and had a dream that i was watching ice pull over a mom and her young kid in front of my apartment building and they forced them both up against the front of their car to arrest them and then they were surrounded by all these fish flopping around struggling to breathe and get away and it was such a chaotic scene because there were bystanders blowing whistles and yelling

Everything i was terrified of happening back in 2023 is slowly happening one by one
