my show is coming to an end and I can't help but feel a little sentimental about the whole hussle and bussle of OR. in the end it doesn't really have anything to do with having a good or bad show, what connections you made, or kept, or fizzled. the people i get to see at this event are the same ones that brought me into climbing, and the ones that remind me year after that i'm in one of the best commmunities out there. they tell me to keep doing what i'm doing, following my passion, doing what i love and living "the dream". maybe what they don't see is part that dream is being surrounded by people like them. here's the jumbo sized poster of me @blackdiamond booth! needless to say I'm very humbled and incredibly psyched! in transit back stateside. lots to look forward to in the next months, but I can't help but reminisce about some dreaming days this summer. @etteloc here! I'm really excited to take over the AAC instagram account this week in the continuing celebration of #womenofclimbing that has been going on here all month. I'm starting with a recent pic of @dailaojeda climbing in Siurana, Spain. I'm really fortunate to be surrounded by so many inspiring women and Daila is definitely one of them. She not only motivates me with her climbing achievements but also in her approach to life. Beyond that she has been an huge support to me with my creative work in photography and film.
