Trust. It’s a hard thing to give. To trust someone is to give them complete and utter faith. 👩🏽‍🏫 Hard ... seemingly impossible, right? But it can be done. I’m learning. 👋🏽 We’ve been going through personal stuff and at first I was taking it all on myself. I’m trying to be everything for everyone. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Shockingly enough I hit a wall. But now I’m realizing- it’s not my job. My job is to trust the Lord. So here I go trusting that God is in control. Alrighty folks. So here’s a #collagen update. Officially been a month. Actually over a month. 😳 As you can see yourself the awesome results. I’m floored. My hair is longer and much fuller. 😯 People even my eyebrows are starting to get thicker and fuller! I feel fantastic and am FINALLY loving my hair. 🤔 Quick recap for those just starting to follow me: I have no thyroid and am 39. I started noticing major hair loss (hence the pic from Sept) finally in July I talked to my dr she said my lack of thyroid plus being #keto would cause that so she said try biotin. 🧐 So I did my research and saw collagen deals more w this issue. I started one and got REALLY sick. Did more research and found that not ALL collagen is created equal. (Message me for more). 😳 I found an allergy friendly multi collagen protein but it was so expensive. I thought I was stuck. Until the company I work with started their own line. After a month of researching them and watching results I decided to try. 😍 People. I’m in love. Not only is it allergy friendly, but it works to boost your body’s own collagen production and? Nope that’s not water! That’s my #ACV drink. 💦 What’s that? Welp. It’s a way to drink the much needed apple cider vinegar. Why should we drink it? 🤔 Well many reasons. Here are a few top ones: 1. Helps curb your hunger 2. Helps you lower blood sugar and insulin sensitivity 3. Helps lower cholesterol 4. Helps improve heart health 5. Helps lower inflammation 6. Plus so much more.... 😬 There are many benefits. But the hugest I’ve noticed is it helps me energy wise on a fast (or just a regular day) and curbs my hunger. .... Which also helps on a fast. 👩🏽‍🏫 There are many recipes and recommendations on how to take it. I say find your own way cause ACV is a VERY strong taste. No. That’s an understatement. ACV is ... no words. 🤓 I like to put 2-3 tbsp in my 32 oz bottle w a little less than a of teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt w a squirt of my water drops. Non fasting of course. Oh Jess. #keto is so hard. It’s so expensive. It’s so unhealthy. It’s so ... insert whatever here. Stop y’all. Keto has saved my life and countless others but it’s not unachievable. This is NOT about a diet. It’s a way of life. 👩🏽‍🏫 Keto is clean, healthy eating. I do it for pain control and when I’m in #ketosis it’s great. No pain! Living without the full body pain? I thank Jesus everyday for this way of eating. 🙌🏽 When done right? It can do wonders for you - but like with ANYTHING - if done incorrectly you can hurt yourself. When starting this - do your research. I’m about to drop some knowledge on ya: not everyone can keto. 🙀 Yes. I did just say that. I’m an always studying coach and according to the research I’ve done? Not everyone can metabolically eat carbs. But the key is that not everyone can be completely carb free. ☝🏽 The point? Do your research. Don’t take this way of eating lightly. Please allow me this moment of wow. 🤩 Last year this time - I had been on #keto for a month or so. I had just got into #ketosis and was feeling great. Then in a rush I put on this coat. It’s a men’s large. I had never fit into a men’s large. It fit a little snug but it fit. 😳 I felt on top of the world and just....dude. I was praising the good Lord like crazy. This year? 😯 Well this year....thank you sweet Lord for your mercies. I don’t deserve this amount of awesomeness. Wow. Just wow. 😜 It didn’t even hit me how big it was - this is the third time I have worn it since the cold season started. Thank you sweet Lord. Thank you... Wednesday during the school year is always busy for us. 🏫 #homeschoolcoop , church, catching up on regular #homeschool. This is not my favorite day. 📚 ....(Insert a huge but here ... and a snicker from 12 yr old Jess) but I take time out each day for the important stuff. 👩🏽‍🏫 What’s important? Time in the #Bible, time learning, time teaching and a time for your #bulletprooftea. 🤭 Life gets crazy busy here but I always make time for the Lord, time to spend w my kids making pancakes, time to learn about my business and a time to just be. 🧐 What about you?
